Hi – first of all I love this theme – although I should have tested it on other browsers before I bought it. You say it is compatable in ie8 – however the black side doesn’t go black so the white words can’t be read on the page. Please help me fix this – as 40% of the world still uses ie8. Thanks
we have tested it on IE8 as well, however we are sorry that you are facing some trouble. we will be happy to assist you in making this work. we would have advised you to post your concern in support-forum, unfortunately its behaving bad. we are looking into it and will revert to you asap.
Hi, this is the second template I have bought from Designova and I am very pleased. I have a problem removing pages from the left side, when I attempt to remove from page starts to page ends, the site falls over. I have remove menu items and right hand side page with no problems, but the left remains somewhat more complex. I am emailing you my site, can you please take a look for me. Many thanks in advance.

This is the second template I have bought from Designova. Having a great but complex template means very little without support. I had questions regarding the coding and I received the VERY highest level of support from Jean at Designova. I am a designer not a coder and he walked me through this template by the hand. I just bought this. Two questions: 1. Could I get a version which has the order: Home>Services>Portfolio>About>Team>Blog>Contact? 2. The left hand images are coming through very dark because of the HTML overlay. If I want to show the left hand image without the stripes, what CSS should I change? Thank you.

Hi, I bought this couple of weeks ago. I have an issue, in the portfolio section when you click a thumbnail to be zoomed, it shows a link under the picture between the two arrows. is there a way to take it out completely.

One more thing, while you are in portfolio section, if you have clicked any category and opened a images into full size after that if you scroll the site using mouse or key board the left pane does not moves. Please fix this issue as well

We have checked it and its scrolling properly on Chrome and Firefox as well.
The point is that:
1) We scrolled to portofolio section
2) Filtered to “PRINT” category
3) On click of portfolio item, it opens lightbox
4) Now we have lightbox and we can see transparent overlay beneath the lightbox.
Since this overlay is transperant means the proper interaction is to close the lightbox before you go back to anything on this site.
Anyway we have also tried to scroll the layout beneath the overlay, it works as usual. The right panel will be scrolled progressively and when it comes to next section the left panel will also scroll (as usual behavior of AURA theme).
We hope this info helps, kindly let us know if you have further issues. Thank You

Hi, the mentioned changes needs somevery advanced editing of JS codes in AURA engine which is complex.
Version 4 is coming soon!
We are working on an updated version 4.0 of AURA theme. It will be better stable with optimized JS and we are working on some additional optimization to make the theme improved specially on older IE versions.We will release it soon!
hi, I have purchased this theme and really appreciate the creativity, on modification of the template skin color, am unable to identify the exact css which can change the black nav bar and black left panel to the color of my choice, wud be gr8 if you could pls give me a hang of the style code which controls the preset RED-BLACK color…..
Also the support doc mentions that the template comes with 8 skin color options… if so cud you please elaborate how to go about it…..

i have taken a download from the themeforest dashboard, it appears to be the same old file, not the upgraded version.
