Hi, nice Theme
is fully compatible with Prestashop 1.5.4 and IE8?
Yes it’s compatible with Prestashop 1.5.4 and IE8. Although there might be slight differences (visually) in IE8 because it’s an old browser. You can test the demo site in IE8.
Before you purchase this item (very good), I wonder if it is compatible with the Spanish language.
Autumn theme is compatible with the Prestashop’s translation system. You can use any language with it. Although the theme has not got any translation in it, you need to manually translate the theme.
Hi, first of all, what a nice theme! great job!.
Question: In list view there is no “add to compare” button/checkbox..? Is it possible to show it in the theme?
Thank you for your kind words.
How did I missed that? It’s really easy to fix, I checked quickly and fixed it in my development version, so I can guide you to fix that if you purchase the theme.
ok, thx for fast reply!
As always great support and effort on your part to help all of us wanting to purchase, but first needing clarification some matters of concern.
Yes, there are 4 images in there, here I took a screenshot for you: http://imgur.com/xo1nPqa
After you showed me the image with the 4 thumbnails viewable below a “zoom” product image, I loaded your demo’s single product page into 4 current OSX browsers to see what they’d show.
On load all four showed only 3 small images below lg image. Maximizing all 3 or the browser’s views did not reveal more than 3, but the 4th, Opera, caused the view port to expand to reveal the 2nd right side bar column titled “Top Sellers” that was not showing up in the other 3 on initial load.
Dragging view ports of the other 3 browsers to the right then caused all 4 small images to appear below the one large image. Dragging a bit further caused the right “Top Sellers” column to also appear.
The implication of this, at least on a late model MacBook with large 2nd monitor, is that a potential buyer’s visit to a person’s store would not see anything in initial load of the 2nd right side column “Top Sellers” nor the 4 thumbnail.
Are you aware of this issue? Is it a Prestashop or Autumn theme issue? Can code be tweaked to sense what screen size and browser is loading the product page so that it will load at full width thus revealing items not seen now?
I don’t think this is an issue at all. This is why we are using the responsive design. Responsive design make the site easily viewable and navigatable without breaking things under every resolution. Of course you won’t be able to see everything in every resolution but this is the only way to give the user the best possible experience. User experience is a really important thing especially with the content heavy websites and as you know it shopping systems are one of the most heavy ones.
You need at least 1280px width to see the complete website. If you have lower resolution or if you resize your browser window you won’t be able to see the complete website. And based on the demo site analytics 97.7% of the desktop visitors have 1280px and higher resolutions therefore I don’t think this is an issue at all.
In my last post on this topic I stated clearly that on
“a MacBook Hi-Res screen set at 1680×1050 or on a 24” Dell Ultrasharp set at 1920×1200” on 3 out of 4 of the current browser versions
All other pages of your demo’s design load & view full width or in a responsive manner on all mobile device and monitors set to resolutions 1280 and above
What is the logic of having the extra Top Sellers column added to the theme’s layout if it is not likely to be seen potential buyers?
All that aside, I have been very impressed with your theme’s approach to creating an eCommerce site and your great tech support so I just went ahead and purchased your theme last night. Now I need to get under the hood to figure out if I can adapt it to some eCommerce site goals I have.
First, thank you for purchasing my theme and your kind words.
I have 6 different laptops with 3 different monitors, all for only testing purposes, I set them up and tested the demo site with them again. I set the resolutions 1280px wide (1280×1024 and 1280×960 for wide screens) and took a couple of screenshots for you. Here is the screenshots:
1. http://grab.by/ltJG – Lion with Chrome
2. http://grab.by/ltKo – Lion with Safari
3. http://grab.by/ltKC – Win7 with Chrome
4. http://grab.by/ltKG – Win7 with Opera
5. http://grab.by/ltKU – XP with Safari
As you can see every one of them are showing the right sidebar. And these are different computers not just different browsers. I also asked couple of friends to check the demo site just in case to make sure I didn’t set something wrong and they said it looks fine.
I don’t meant to be rude and I have nothing against you but the theme is built in that way and it looks like it’s working just fine for everybody else therefore I’m not going to answer your “What is the logic of having the extra Top Sellers column added to the theme’s layout if it is not likely to be seen potential buyers?” question.
Also I didn’t get any support ticket or bug report about this since I released the theme.
Play with the theme and the codes little bit and I bet you will find a good way to customize it for your needs and likings.
As usual you’ve put a great deal of effort into investigating this issue so I thank you very much for that. Very commendable.
We might as well move on to other concerns, but in your reply it appears to me, by lack of mentioning it, that you’ve overlooked something in your testing which could be causing the less than full width load of the Product Page.
That said, my one MacBook with large monitor, both set to high resolutions, is not reliable as a definitive test environment, so I’ll go check out your demo on other friend’s computers setups to see if same thing occurs on theirs or not.
From now on I’ll submit a proper “support ticket” for these kind of concerns, per your implied suggestion.
NOTE: As a new purchaser, I sent you an email about the “compare” feature not working correctly per someone else’s “comment” here. Was that the correct way to communicate with you about such matters?
I’m checking my mails and support ticket system every morning. So you can use either of them.
Please check the demo site on other computers too and if you find anything please open a ticket or send me an email so I can investigate the problem further.
I’ve bought this template and i would like to know how to change the featured products (
Is this theme compatible with PrestaShop 1.4.9.X and 1.4.10.X ?
No, Autumn theme is combatible with Prestashop 1.5.3 and up.
I'm a new user for Prestashop and Autumn is really beautiful. I'm helping my customer to build a website and i wish to use Autumn. May i know is Autumn support Korea or Japaneese language?
Autumn is compatible with Prestashop’s translation system so you can use the Autumn theme with the languages that Prestashop supports. Also there was a customer of mine who uses the Japanese language with Autumn theme and there wasn’t any language related issue.
Great. I just purchased your module.
I purchased your Theme nice job
Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad that you like it.
Great theme – awesome work!
A question – do you provide customization services (in example the Catalog search – adding new criteria for the filter)?
Thank you for your kind words. I’m not providing customization, installation or administration for the theme. I’m just providing support for technical issues.
Thanks for the quick reply. Does the theme come with the Catalog search plugin in the back office, so it could be used to modify the criteria?
I think you are talking about the “Layered Navigation Block” am I right? The filter block in the category view? That’s the native module of the Prestashop and it can be easily configured. You can add attributes to your products (color, size etc.) and the Layered Navigation Block will grab those attributes and creates a filter from them.
I’m highly suggesting to you to download Prestashop and set it up with using xammp, wamp or mamp (if you are on mac) locally. That way you can see the exact features of the Prestashop and play with them.
If I purchase Do I get the updates free?
While testing the theme on Android browser everything works fine but at the time of checkout when we select the country, the states are not getting updated and so not able to proceed as that is required field. Please look into the matter.
Yes, you will get all updates for free.
There are some issues with the older versions of the android, I’m currently working on them but because of the limited environment of the older android browsers it’s hard to fix and maintain the rich features of the theme at the same time, but I’m working on them.

Interested in buying this theme, just a quick question. All of my current images are 300×300, I noticed that the current setting is at 390×390 for the main product pages. If i changed it to 300×300 would the images still be centered? Thanks
Yes they will be centered. You can set the image size to 300×300 without any problems.
Hi, I think i found here the best presta theme
I wonder if it would be difficult to add product stars rating on the products list and under the title on product’s page?
Adding ratings to the product list is hard unfortunately. Because star rating is a separate module in Prestashop, it’s not directly implemented into the core, and because of that it’s not an easy task to do that.
Although, product pages already have star ratings under the product prices but the latest changes in Prestashop 1.5.4 basically hide the div that holds the star rating information. It’s really easy to fix.
Also please ask your questions in English.
I purchased your theme and it’s very nice, but and i have some questions:
- With the responsive menu only shop category are there. Is there a way to add some links to a wordpress blog and others external pages?
- How can I modify the megamenu (normal mode) in order to have a fixed width when each menu is opened (width = full megamenu width)
Thanks for your help
