srcn, i’m very impress by your knowledge and quick response. I follow your advice in the forum and everything is working AOK.
To everybody out there looking for a great theme and top notch support, do not look any further, this is the theme to purchase!!!
Thank you very much for your kind words.
I am very interested in the subject.
I have the following questions:
- You can add new features to the product description tab.
- Add video (swf or flv)
- Can you put the image of the manufacturer is the description of the product?
- In the footer can be added to the block facebook twiter block?
Thank you very much and best regards.
You can put embed videos in the item description but there isn’t any internal player so you can’t just insert video files and play them but you can insert embed videos from youtube or other services.
Item description area has html editor so you can insert images as well.
Autumn has facebook module that can be added to the footer but it doesn’t have twitter module unfortunately.
Thank you very much for your quick response.
Create the module would cost far twiter?
Custom modules are you doing?
I’m not doing any custom work, but I might add twitter module in the future.
for the autumnsocial module there can be added a custom link like facebook, youtube. I would like to add a blog custom link but then it hard for me to find a match images with other social link. can you provide me the blog image before and after hover over effect?
Unfortunately, I can’t do that, but you can find a lot of images on the internet and then upload it.
may i know those facebook, mail, twitter icons are you photoshop create by urself or just find from google?
Thanks & Regards
They are included into the icon font, when you choose one of them, social links module using the icon font to show the icon. If you choose custom, then module will load image file.
Is there any way to show miniatures instead of text blocks on category sublevels?
Thanks for response!
In Autumn, category images are showing up in category header area, therefore there isn’t any easy way to show them in subcategories area.
Hi, i accidentally upgraded to PS 22.214.171.124 but the theme only support up to 126.96.36.199.
Everything is pretty fine except that mega menu is not working in the homepage but is loaded properly on the inner page
Can you kindly help?
Sorry, i manage to figure out how to get the mega menu work already. thanks
Theme is supporting the Prestashop 188.8.131.52. If you have any issues please open a support ticket at my support system.
I cant seem to configure to be like the second theme where there is a left sidebar in the page.
Please open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks for your help so far!
I can’t figure out how to show manufacturer logos without gaps around them in manufacturer carousel.
The default image – question mark (without adding any proper logo to manufacturer) shows correctly.
I guess it is atmn_medium but even when it’s set to rectangle – still I have a gap around that logo.
Envisaged a forthcoming update ?
By updating the modules of PS 184.108.40.206, (ex: Wishlist block), that made plant the shop (Fatal error), the files of the module Block Wishlist are more the same ones only in the themes/autumn/modules.
Please open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com for your questions. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I have opened a ticket at ticksy, but it seems there is problem uploading attachments at ticksy.
I will check the ticksy and let them know about the issue. I’m pretty sure they will fix it quickly as there are a lot of people using it.
Why aren’t the articles, categories, posts of the blog included in the sitemap? Is this possible to integrate them to refer them?
It’s a little bit complicated to include them into the sitemap but I took a note about it and I will see what I can do about it in the future.
I upgrade my prestashop to 220.127.116.11 but the theme don’t load. When I go to home page I see white screen, please help me ….
Please open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com and provide the admin details of your shop. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I would like to make a suggestion for a new feature. If possible, it would be great if Autumn can put a label/badge/sticker to sold out product photos in Product View, Category View and in the Carousels. Just like the “New” or “Discount” label that we currently have in Autumn, if the items are sold, then “Sold Out” label will replace all other labels.
For some merchants like me who sells limited units of items (like designer’s handbags), it is important to still show/display all items that are sold as “Sold Out” because then the Customers can request to be notified if the items are back again.
Please consider it eh? Thank you mate!
Thank you for your suggestion. I will see what I can do about it.
To any potential buyers –
This theme will take what Prestashop and your online store are capable of and make it incredibly easy and beautiful. I have purchased a number of other themes for various CMS and shop software and I have never received the level of programming ingenuity, documentation, and support that the author has achieved.
I recently updated from Prestashop 1.5 to 1.6, which was a huge upgrade. I only felt comfortable doing it because the theme has been customized and optimized for 1.6. I originally bought this theme almost a year ago and it has been made brand new.
Thanks to srcn for this great theme and I can’t wait to re-open my store in a few hours.
Thank you for your kind words, I’m glad you are happy with the theme.
how can I activate the left column in the homepage?
I’m looking at purchasing your Autumn PS theme. It says on Themeforest that it comes with Custom mail templates. Do you have a screenshot of what your templates actually look like, so that I can compare yours with the default PS emails layout?
Item description page already has a screenshot of one of the mail templates. You can see the general layout of the templates in there.
i’m just about to buy your template but i have a question about your demo website.
Why the page is reloaded when we change the view from list to grid at category page ? I see some other samples the page isn’t reloaded but instantaneous .
0 ya .. do you use bootstrap
It’s loading some variables from database, that’s why it’s reloading. It’s a design choice. Also I’m not using bootstrap, I have custom css grid developed only for Autumn.
Also, the icons that you have in your screenshots inside the CMS info block, are they included in the theme and how can i use them ?
Please open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com for your support requests. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I bought the theme today and allready I’m very impressed with the usability and functionality.
But the forst thing I did was ti try and change the Header top section background color and it worked but now I can change it back. Neither can I change the colors scheme.
Thanks but somehow it works now
And wow you are replying fast – Thumbs up
Very nice theme
Have only one question : How can I set up my theme to have the same layout like your demo 2 or put a category page as the home page but 2 pics per grid ?
Thx in advance for your help

How can I use email template ?
Mail templates already included into the theme, you don’t have to do anything, mails sent by Prestashop will use the templates.
If you have any more issues, please open a support ticket at http://withinpixels.ticksy.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
