Just saw that you will support woocommerce soon. Is this already included with the next release? Any idea when this will be: 1,2,3 weeks?

You can actually use WooCommerce now without issues, many of our users already use it. We are just going to be testing it ourselves, we need to run a full test before we cna advertise that its compatible. But all our users who use it say it works great, we just dont want to say that ourselves until we fully test.

And its a free plugin so it wont be included with the theme, but if you want to use it you can download it from the Woo site and install it to use with Avada.

Timeline is up in the air since we are adding lots of new stuff, we dont like to give an ETA as things change so much. But we’re always working on the next one!

I bought avada themes but not working revolution slider.? use wordpress 3.5.1.it wants to uptade plugin for revolution slider. Where is revslider.zip.

What error is it giving you? Does it say something about an “empty field”. If so, please see this thread in our FAQ section on our forum, its a quick fix. And if you have trouble doing it, just post up a new thread on our forum asking for help and we will do it for you.

All our plugins are integrated into the theme, its required to do it that way. So the .zip install file is not included with the theme, we always issue a theme update and include the latest plugin version. The rev slider is updated a lot, very frequently so we always include the new version once we release a new theme version. And we are working on one now!

Signup at our forum and check out that above thread, it shows you how to fix that error. If that is not the error you are getting, please post up a new thread on our forum with all the details and we can check it out.

I want to set avada on my next domain, what does it cost?

Love this theme and it is working for me more or less perfectly but I am having two issues that I was hoping you could possibly help me with.

1. The Rev Sliders I create are just not working, they look like they are but no images appear.

2. The ‘Testimonials’ I add appear in list format and not as a rotating item like on your samples.

I have upgraded the theme to 3.2.1 and have tried reading through the support forums but can not find what I need PLEASE can you help me as I am on a bit of a deadline. The site I am building is http://sheridansblog.com/wordpress

1. We would need to see this to determine the issue. It sounds like you have bad image URLs or something. Post up a new thread on our forum so we can take a look. Create a new topic with the above info, then post a second reply with your username/password and mark it as a “private” reply so only we will see those credentials and will be able to login and check the issue.

2. Make sure you are wrapping them in the [testimonials] tag. Like below.

how to add telephone on the contact us?

Do you mean the contact page? If so, you can insert the phone number either in the post content field by typing it in, or use a sidebar and insert the “Avada: Contact Info” widget.

If you use the sidebar, make sure your page template does not have the full width set to “yes”. Then you can choose a sidebar to show. To insert the widget in the sidebar, go to the widget section of your admin and drag the correct widget over to the sidebar and populate it.

Yes to do that you need to add the contact widget as I described above. Put it in the sidebar and apply the sidebar to the page. That is what we do on our demo contact page http://theme-fusion.com/avada/contact/

That is controlled by the primary color in theme options. If you want to change it independently of theme options, then use the below CSS and enter it in the CSS field in theme options and insert teh color value you want.

I do not have the Avada:Twitter (footer) widget. Why? its is not an option for selection.

That video is an older video and twitter updated their API so the widgets changed. There is now only one Twitter widget and it can be used in the footer and sidebar.

I’m having a very difficult time with the client slider and can’t seem to find any help anywhere here or your forums. I’ve tried inserting values in all of the shortcode’s variables, but no luck. How do I use this feature?

If you are having trouble with something and cant find an answer, the next step is to post up a new thread on the support forum. We will see it, then provide an answer.

The client slider only needs you to insert the image URLS and the links to them. When you click the shortcode button, it gives you everything else. For example, see below, this demo code is also in our documentation file for the home pages and other demo pages that have it on there.

You click the shortcode button, then simply insert the “link” value and the “image” value. The link value is where you want the logo to link to, the image value is the actual image URL of the logo. There is also a “linktarget” value which allows you to specify where the link opens, either a new window or the same window. You cna also leave that section blank.

Upload all your client logos to your media section, then grab the URL of each one and insert them in the client slider. You can copy and paste as many sets as you need. The example below has 2 sets, I’ve added returns so you can see it more clearly

Greetings – I am a newbie to this but I can’t even get the basics to work. Wordpress says there is NO WAy to upload themes from outside their pages and also there is NO WAY to ftp. When I go to appearance and manage themes, there is no tab to add theme. What do I do? I have registered on your support site, etc., etc and I am supposed to have something to show for my boss’ time and money spent TOMORROW.

Are you using Wordpress.com for your site? Those are not self hosted wordrepss themes, you can only use their free themes with that setup. To use a premium theme like Avada, you need your own domain and server space.

All themes sold here on Themeforest require your own domain and server and a version of Wordpress installed on it. Then you can upload via Wordpress or via FTP.

We will gladly install it for you if you post up on our support forum. Our support forum is not Themeforest.net, that is the marketplace forum for general questions. Each author has their own method of support. You can find out about ours in our included documentation, its under the FREE SUPPORT section. Below are the links. But first you need to make sure you have your own domain and server outside of Wordpress.com.

I’m sorry to get a hold of you this way (I actually do own this theme obviously, along with a bunch of others of yours) but I purchased jumpstart when it first came out. I can log in but it says I have no purchases. I’ve searched my e-mails for confirmations and such with no luck. I did log in at some point and purchase it (I have the first version) but I can’t upgrade, nor can I seem to contact you any other way than the support forum which says I don’t have any available forums. It seems I’ve been lost in limbo. Can you let me know what I might need to do? Thanks. Isaac

Looks like a really good theme. Im putting together a membership site using S2 member. It is 98% video based. I like the grid style look across the page or going down the page with a video description to the right. Is this an easy set up or require coding? If its short coding is it well documented how to set that up? Also, Can I use videos from Easy Video Suite, and link directly from Amazon S3 cloud front or do I have to use YouTube of Vimeo? The beauty of EVS is they feed the video per device so I dont need multiple versions. Thanks

Right now videos need to be from Youtube or Vimeo.

I am very new to Wordpress, and I am currently trying to set up a website for the company that I work for. I have Wordpress installed, and have just installed Avada, but when I try to install it, it just comes up with:

“Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.”

I can’t even sign up to the forum for help because apparently the Item Purchase Code that I downloaded is ‘not verified for this forum.’

That errors means your server has a file limit size on it, so the theme file is larger than what your server allows. You can either contact your hosting company and have them change the limit. Or the easier method is to simply upload the theme via FTP.

We give full instructions on how to upload the theme via FTP in our docs, and also in our install video tutorials.

Also, we will gladly install it for you if you post it up on our support forum. I’ve given instructions for that in your previous comment. Post up a new topic, then reply with your private login info.

Hmmm, you can insert a fallback image for the page and it will override the slider. But it will do that for all mobile devices. You can then select “used fixed layout for ipad portrait” and it should not use the fallback for that. But not sure about other devices, it depends on their screen size.

I cannot find anywhere in your documentation about the 4 Column text template and settings that go along with it. Your video also does not show how to do this.

The Portfolio video was made before we added the text templates, but the process is exactly the same. Al you need to do is select the “Portfolio Four Column Text” page template from the page attributes box. If you do not have the Portfolio 1-4 column text templates showing in the page attributes box, then you need to update your theme to get them.

We are constantly updating Avada with new features. So when that happens, you need to update the theme to get them.

To update your theme, go to your downloads tab and download it again, then isntall it. Its best to udpate it via FTP, see our instructions in our docs or watch our install video for how to do it via FTP, its the same way for installing it or updating it.

For the forum, check your spam folder for the email. Its auto sent so you should have it. If you do not, then please email me your username that you set up and I will get it setup for you. To email me, Visit the link below and find the “email theme fusion” box on the lower right hand side, send us an email from there. Don’t worry about the auto-reply, I’ll still get the email.

I purchased this theme several weeks ago and have tried numerous times to upload it to wordpress and just end of getting frustrated and quit. Can someone please help? I have downloaded, deleted, downloaded again. After extracting all files, In wordpress when I select the Avada zip file (found in content folder) it uploads 100%, then says waiting for…”my website” and then says “failure notice” and gives me the option to try again. PLEASE HELP! I’m not that savvy with all this stuff but I have downloaded and installed many themes and have never had this problem. Thanks!!
