Hi there I have a problem, new installation of word press and then I installed avada, imported demo xml but when i try and select the main navigation as Main , and click save, it does not do it. its is always unticked?! I tried duplicating the menu still does not do it. can someone please help me with this. many thanks.

That could be a memory issue on your server, its a very large menu. Try to make a test menu and see if you can apply it and it stays.

Hello, Didn’t know where else to post as the support forum will not let me register and the contact link on the Theme Fusion website is not working (it leads here: http://theme-fusion.com/?page_id=14 ) I am having trouble with the Sticky header function and additionally registering for the support forum on the site. When I enter in my client’s purchase code I get the message that it’s already in the database, and to contact Theme Fusion if I think this is an error, but like I mentioned, the contact link is broken. Will someone please email me to resolve this?

Sorry about the broken contact link, that page had to be taken down to too many users trying to get support via email instead of our forum.

If the purchase code is already registered, then you are either using the wrong username, which has to be the same username that bought the theme with, or your client has already registered an account with the code. Only one account is allowed per code, and it has to be the username of the account that bought it from Themeforest.

I woudl contact your client and get their username, and then signup with that. Also, ask them if they already made an account, if so then you need those credentials as only one account is allowed per code.

Hi, Just wanted to ask about a few editing options: firstly can you completely remove shadows from header bar and images? Also is it possible to adjust the height of the header bar so you can fit a tall logo? Thanks

Yes you can remove shadows, the ones in the header are actually for the layer slider or revolution slider. Yes you can easily adjust the height of the header via theme options.

Thanks for the reply, sorry another question: Can you make the sticky header the same width as the body area in the boxed version. When I tried the boxed width in the preview the sticky header went out to the screen width when I scrolled down. Thanks

By default it will be 100% width, but yes you can contain it to boxed width with a line of CSS. That information is on our support forum so we provide that for you.

Hi guys, I’ve noticed that recently you’ve updated the Theme-Forest website and I really like it. Also big thumbs up for the organization of documentation, knowledgeable video tutorials and so on. Just out of curiosity: is it Avada behind? :)

I suspect it is, but then could you elaborate how I could setup some of the stuff from there: - colorful social icons (much better than the grey/light ones) - the “rotating” squares with “Knowledgeable” “Video Tutorials” etc - nice Newsletter subscribe widget

That is great news. I will not add it on the feature requests list as that topic is already so huge and I trust you guys have a full road-map for at least the next few releases :) On the other hand, if that is not Avada, and I don’t think you are using other themes… That might mean that we need to save some money for a new ThemeFusion theme:P For what is worth, I would buy it even if I don’t needed now, just to support you and your efforts.

Hi, I purchased this theme a few weeks back for a client’s website. Now I am onto another project and want to use the same theme. I happened to download it again and started to build the new site. I then learned it was a single license and figure I need to purchase the exact theme agin. Right? And what about the site I’ve already started … do i have to start over? Thanks, Brian

hello, your theme is fantastic and I’m working with an optimal result. I realize that the default wrapper is 1000px wide. I’m working with UBERMENU no problem but I would like to add a few lines in the main menu using images instead of text. would be very problematic set the wrapper to 1200px to get more space? or would break too the structure and operation of theme and plugin. thank you very much.

Thanks for the comments. What type of user reviews? Right now there is not a review system in place so if you need a review system that users can submit, then you will need to use a plugin for that feature. Which is not an issue, I’ve seen other users with that setup.

Hello, Just a quick pre-sales question. The theme looks great and could be exactly what we need. I’d just like to know does the theme support mega menus? I know there are some plugins out there that supposedly can convert a normal menu to a mega one but I’d like to know if any have been approved by you first. Thanks for the info.

Hey! yes you can use Ubermenu with Avada, which is an awesome mega menu plugin sold on CodeCanyon. All you need to do is enable Ubermenu support in theme options, just check the box for that option and you’re all set :)
