Congratulations on creating a very impressive theme.
Are you aware that in the demo, it is returning 404 errors for many of the pages?
For example, MANY of the options under the “Pages” menu in the main navigation.
Also Shortcodes > Animated Counter.
Thanks for letting us know, but I’m not able to reproduce this on our end, all the pages are working.
Can you clear your cache? For example, here is animated counter page, http://d.pr/i/VUnp and an about me page, http://d.pr/i/xa9k
Thanks for replying. When I tried today, it is all working correctly (without my having to clear the cache). Still a mystery why it was happening. But all is well now.
Now that I can see the Animated Counter feature I have another question.
Can you feed the score from a survey (e.g. from WP Survey And Quiz Tool or Gravity Forms) into the % value?
For example, if the user scores 70% in a quiz, can you show an animated counter for 70%? But if they score 50%, then the animated counter shows 50%?
Wow weird, but glad its all working! I’ll keep my eye on it too.
Hmmm, technically you could do what you are asking, but it would require development work as its not setup for that currently.
Thanks for replying promptly!
I am interested in purchasing this theme but I have (1) question:
What version of WordPress works best with this theme? I have had issues in the past with updated versions of WP not working properly with a theme a version behind. Please let me know!
We always recommend using the latest version of WP, but you can use it with older versions too.
The issue with themes that might not work after a new WP version is most likely due to 3rd party plugins, and not the theme. But either way, we are always on top of WP versions and our theme and ensure everything is working
Thanks for the help, purchased!
You’ve mentioned in your description that the theme is compatible with Learndash.
I have installed it and the theme works fine but once I started building my first course. The learndash “Paypal pay” button doesn’t appear and the “Join” as well. I disabled the theme and used another one and these worked.
One more thing. I’d like to add Arabic to the theme language any advice?
Still the Arabic part.
Yes glad you found the learndahs fix
Also for arabic, the theme support RTL. Please see our docs on how to do that . Under the “Extras” menu item is RTL and languages, http://theme-fusion.com/support/documentation/avada-documentation/

Hi, I’m planning to buy Avada, but i have pre-sale question: I already have ubermenu + sticky plugins. Can i use Avada sticky header instead of ubermenu sticky plugin?
Actually, i can’t believe that Avada still doesn’t contain mega menu!
Yes you can use Avada sticky header, its the default header. And yes, we are adding a mega type menu to the theme in a near future version
Thank you for replay, sorry, my bad i think you miss my point, i meant i like to use the Avada sticky header but instead of normal menu (which is default) i replace it with uber megamenu.
Really i can’t wait till you add your own mega menu. but anyway, Avada still the best!
Yes, you can use ubermenu plugin which is completely compatible with Avada and continue to use Avada version of sticky header instead of ubermenu sticky plugin.
yes but can replace the default wp menu in Avada sticky header with ubermenu?
No, for that you will have to use to sticky plugin which is offered by ubermenu.
how can i buy this theme when i do not have paypall account and i have just $58 in my master card i cacn not register an account with paypall because i am from afghanistan tell me what should i do now?

Hi, is there a license for this theme so I can install this theme on unlimited websites?
No at this time there is not a license to do that. There is a single license which works for one domain.
A few questions before purchase.
Can you use CSS to change the short codes for buttons or is there a way to use css and create your own buttons.
Do you have a video showing how to setup parallax scrolling in a section? I want to create multiple fullwidth sections with different backgrounds and parallax effects. Is that easily doable with your theme?
I noticed some sections seem to have a viewport animation added. Is that something that can be changed or removed?
If just updating basic css does a child theme need installed?
Can you add a widget into a section within the page or just to a sidebar or footer?
Are there any other options for the mobile menu or just the one?
I assume the lines after a title (h1-h6) can be removed or changed via CSS. Is this correct?
The ‘Shop Home Style 1’ can the page layout be modified. I like the store slider at the top but would want something else below. Could the ‘Shop Home Style 1’ be used for the ‘shop’ page as opposed to the home page?
How can a custom favicon, apple app icon, and Wordpress login page icon be added to the theme?
How was the section below, featured on your demo made? It contains the text below and then the images.
Avada: Themeforest’s #1 Selling WordPress Theme of All Time
You can use custom CSS as much as you wish.
There is not a video on the parallax sections yet but there is shortcode documentation. Its easy to do, its a full width shortcode that you can assign a background image to, and then simply set it to fixed scrolling. You can use as many as you wish on one page too.
Yes the animation is added on certain shortcodes, you can change the animation type, speed and direction.
No a child theme is not needed if you are only adding custom css.
Widgets can go in sidebars or footer, but you can use the “Widgets on Pages” plugin to add them to pages too.
Just one mobile menu option at this time
Yes, the lines are a title shortcode, you can change them with CSS or not use them by using regular H tags
Yes you can modify any page you see and mix and match content, or add something different. Pages are customizable.
Favicons can all be added via theme options, nice and easy.
That section is a full width shortcode, which is what you use for parallax images. You can also just use a solid background color too.
One more question. Does all the java script for the plugins load on every page rather installed on page or not? I want to keep the sight as lean as possible.
Yes some load on all pages, like the layer or revolution slider. Those our out of our hands and not our plugins, so there is nothing we can do about that. However, you can disable just about any script you are not using via theme options.
Last questions I think.
Can you add animations to areas not already animated?
Can you add your own short codes? If there is an update will my CSS be safe?
What is the best way to avoid losing information or layout during an update?
For some custom features like the multiple featured images for blog post that can result in the cool slider type post. What happens if down the road a client wants to switch themes? What will happen to the post and it’s extra feature images?
You can animate any of our animated shortcodes; content boxes, buttons, tagline boxes, images (image frames), font awesome icons, alert boxes.
Do you mean your own shortcodes that you have made? Technically yes as long as you made all the proper files and load them into the theme.
Yes your CSS is safe as long as you put it in a separate file that you back up, or in the CSS field in theme options.
You will not lose layouts, pages, posts, images, etc or theme options during an update. Sometimes we recommend doing an options reset on upgrading, which is due to several more options being added, but its not required. And if you do that, you can always export your theme options, there is a backup tab to back them up.
For our custom features such as multiple featured images, that would be lost unless the new theme has that same setup. That is with our current version of Avada. We are going to be making changes in the future that will allow all features to be kept, even when changing themes.
Note to anyone trying to decide between this theme and [name removed], I would DEFINITELY go with this theme Avada! I am a web designer and in my personal opinion, Avada looks much easier to navigate with much more options.
I have been using [name removed] for a year now and just found out about Avada a couple days ago. After spending that time thoroughly looking through all of Avada’s features (and reading comments about the features they are going to add) you can NOT go wrong with choosing Avada in my opinion.
They keep up to date with new versions of Wordpress and it appears their theme is fast and not bloated with stuff that slows it down. I’m going to purchase it soon and will report back. I know this theme is going to expand and get even better as the support here has been amazing and they have answered all of my questions within 1 day.
GO WITH AVADA, IT’S THE ONE YOU NEED! No wonder these guys have over 2 MILLION dollars worth of sales on this theme alone! Trust me guys, it’s not the #1 selling ThemeForest theme for no reason. This is the real deal and you will thank me over an over for my recommendation.
all in my opinion
Thanks we appreciate that Once you buy the theme, if you have any questions, signup at our forum and post up a topic, we’ll take a look!
how to set the flexslider like this ” Use the slider anywhere with shortcode” on this link: http://theme-fusion.com/avada/flexslider/. I tried to set it but i dont know what code to use and where to put the images. Please check this link:http://pampanga.mapecon.ph/
i will put the slider in the “Featured Products”.
Please help me.
Please check out our shortcode documentation, there is a listing for Flexslider. It depends on which layout you are using. Posts and post-with-excerpts pull blog posts automatically, if you use attachment style, you need to upload images to that specific page.
I’m considering getting the Avada theme. However before I make my purchase on it, I will like ask if the theme allows video to be on the slider as shown in the image below?
Yes most definitely, you can do that with the layer or revolution slider. You can also have video in the flexslider or themefusion slider, but the video will be full width.
The layer and revolution slider allow you to put a smaller video, with text/buttons/other images around it or to the side as your image shows.
Thanks for answer. I’m one more step closer to getting this theme now.
Just one more quick question. Is it possible to have the video slider that I talked about my previous question on every page.
I tried working with other wordpress theme and getting the featured slider to be on every page requires some custom coding to be done. Can Avada have the featured slider on every page without any complicated coding?
Yes, you can apply a slider to each and every page and post if you wish, you can use the same slider, or a different one on each page
No coding required, its a simple page and post option you select. http://d.pr/i/4Mmc
I received “An update to your purchase of Avada | Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme by ThemeFusion is now available in your downloads.” I already download the files. Please advise me how to update this update to my website? I do not want to destroy my hard work by wrongly update. thank you.
You can view how to update at the link below, and also please note the important update information and see which version you are updating from so you know what to expect.
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR THEME
IMPORTANT UPDATE INFORMATION
Is it possible to insert the Font Awesome icon into the LayerSlider or other sliders?
Yes you can insert it in the layer slider and revolution slider, just insert the shortcode.
No that does not work. It seems that the HTML generated by the Shortcode has to be inserted.
This works perfect for us, for example see this for rev slider http://d.pr/i/Eg8g
In the backend, the icon will not display as an icon, only as the shortcode. But save it, then view it on your site, the icon will show.
If you have further questions for this, signup and post on our forum and we can login to your site and show you,
how can I resize the size of the footer and header?..is there an option for that? cause I cant find it..please help. thanks
What are you trying to do with it? Add more space or reduce it?
You can always add more padding or margins to the header or footer. The header has header top and bottom margins in theme options on header tab, the footer does not yet but you can target the css for that. See this KB post on the footer, http://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/how-to-change-padding-of-footer-area/
I am very interested in purchasing the product “avada” wordfress theme, it looks great and fits my needs.
I wanted to ask a few questions about it.
First. About header 4 Is it possible to remove the green line on top or change it?
Two. About the shop: I am interested in selling training videos and ebooks how do I do this through “avada”?
Yes you can change the color of the green line. And if you do not put any social icons or top menu in it, then it will not show.
To sell products, we recommend using WooCommerce. Its a free plugin, and we have full support and design integration for it. See our online shop demo, http://theme-fusion.com/avada/shop/
I had one last question for you, is there anyway to hide the fact that a site is using the Avada theme if someone views the source code of the site?
(typically you can tell by just viewing the source code and searching for the word theme, and seeing what theme comes after that)
If I simply change the name of the Avada theme folder will that suffice or are there internal files that are specifically pointing to the Avada folder? This would be a really great feature if it isn’t already doable. I’m going to buy it anyway, but this would really be the icing on the cake!!!
Technically you can change the source code if you wish so the name does not show up. You would need to change the names in the style.css file.
I’m now working on my new website using Avada. But i was wondering if it was possible to use different font-colors per page. I have a dark background, and for that specific page i want to use white font-color, but i couldn’t find it in the documentation.
There are not specific font settings per page, but you can change the color a few ways. In your editor field, select the text and use the Wordpress tools to change the color to white. You can also target the page with custom CSS.
