Is this happening on your site too? It might only be a cache issue with W3TC.

I have uploaded a custom font to the theme editor’s typography options and have uploaded all of the appropriate files (.woff, .ttf, .sbg, .eot.
When I am viewing my website in different browsers or on tablets, the typography is not consistent throughout. How can I assure that my font will show up the same across all browsers and devices?

Hmmm, it should be consistent for all headers/menu text if all four font files are uploaded.
Have you tried to remove them and upload again? Are you using a cache plugin? If so, please make sure to clear your site cache and browser cache.
If the issue continues, please signup and post on our support forum and include all the details including the name of the font and the devices that do not display it correctly. If its only on mobile devices, then it might be an issue with the mobile browser not being able to display that particular font, that is possible as every mobile browser is different.

Are you only able to upload one font variant? I have uploaded multiple versions (i.e., regular, semibold, bold, etc) to my server directly through FTP. Is this not working because I didn’t go through the typography options from the theme editor?
I would prefer to use different variants for different applications. How can I got about achieving this?
Currently our custom font only has one variant, and you need to uplaod all four font files via theme options. http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/special-features/custom-font-museo-slab/
In the future we are going to allow custom font uploaders for all sections and more than one.
I also noticed that on this page here http://theme-fusion.com/avada/praesent-et-urna-turpis-sadips/#prettyPhoto[gallery213]/1/ the facebook like button’s right edge does not display properly.
Additionally, is there a way to disable that facebook like button completely? I already have another wordpress plugin that calls the facebook api and I’ve learned in the past that when two or more plugins/themes automatically call the facebook api that there will immediately be conflicts. Thanks !

Regarding your second response, so upon unchecking Social Share, does it simply just not insert that code or does it also disable even the loading of any facebook api’s? Thanks.
We use prettyPhoto lightbox which is pretty standard. But if the button is disabled, which is what happens when you check that box, then nothing will load as the button cannot be clicked.

Most likely its conflicting with the built in twitter feature. We would need to see this on your site and see if its theme related. I’m having some issues with the shortcodes. The slider shortcode was working and now it’s not. I input the code manually (it worked) then it disappeared and only left the URL’s in its place. When I select the Avada shortcode button>select a shortcode> then no options show up. Any help would be great.

we can not access the wp-admin when this theme is activated now for some reason…If we activate another theme from the database everything works fine so it must be an issue with the theme.

Also, if this has happened before its because you have the same plugins that we include, like layer slider, rev slider or woo slider, etc. If you have those, please deactivate before you install Avada.

Is it simply your shortcodes? then yes, you need to install and activate the Fusion-Core shortcode plugin.

Updating killed all my pages….Shortcodes don’t work.
Did you install and activate the fusion core plugin? You would of received a notice about it in your admin, its also in our important update info.
I would like to have the user click a button that says “VIEW GALLERY” and the images show up in a lightbox when the button is clicked. How can I activate a lightbox gallery through using the button shortcode?

What do you mean they do not show? Do you mean in the main menu? If so, you need to create a menu and assign the pages to it, unless you have the “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” box checked. http://d.pr/i/ra4q

Did you ever think to ask first before getting so upset?
Are you sure you did it right? I imagine you did not follow the directions. You need to install the fusion-core plugin then activate it. you would of received yellow notices in your wordpress admin.
Actually, it doesn’t work for everyone! A simple search thru the discussion/support forum proves that.
I have asked for help in the forum but no one will respond. That is frustrating and I’m not the only one. That is why I posted here.
And, for your information I am an advanced user and DID install everything properly. The Core plugin is installed and activated.
You do have a GREAT theme and perhaps the volume of support requests has exploded with all the recent sales. Hopefully you can get caught up on responding to everyone soon.
Yes it does work for everyone. You cannot just look at topic titles and not open them and read them.
Any thread you see on the forum for it not working is either 1) user did not install AND activate the plugin, 2) user has server permission issues and the plugin scripts are being blocked, which is caused by some hosts show follow old practices. Its easily fixed, and its well documented on the forum and in our knowledge base.
And there is no reason to post here if you posted on the forum, especially in the type of comment you posted with no real information and pre frustration. All that will do is slow it down. Forum reply times can take up to 24 hours Mon-Fri, currently its the weekend.
