Hi,
The menu does not behave in a responsive way when i resize the window (The way it looks like a drop down in theme preview). When i resize the window menu disappears completely. plz tell me how to get the menu work the way its working in the preview.

Do you have “responsiveness” turned on in theme options? That has to be on for the menu to change into a dropdown menu.
If it is on, have you modified any of the theme files? Can you provide a URL to your site?

I have version 1.1.2 and Theme Options / Appearance’ve tried with the “Post Images slideshow” = OFF And when I go to a project portfolio continues to appear in the slideshow above with 6 slides. Post Images slideshow does not work = On and Number of post images slideshow = 12. Continues to appear only 6 slides.
I intend a) Power set to the portfolio at the top fail to find a slideshow
b) Be able to set a picture or video to replace the full width slideshow.
Another issue is when there is a gallery of images inserted in a portfolio or post, when I click on an image, would like to open the gallery as PrettyPhoto loaded with all Imagene, option play, Photo enhancement. How I can do? thanks
We are looking into the post image slideshows on/off feature, it works on our demo but not on other sites so we will get that fixed with our new update. Same thing for the number of slides.
You can set a picture or video on your portfolio post, just do it in the post options. And make sure you select the “full” layout in the post options. Portfolio posts can be full or half as our demo shows.
Yes right now gallery images open in a new window, we have added the light box feature in galleries in our new update. We are working very hard to get this update done for everyone.

Hello, 1/ I can’t make my slides (on FLEXSLIDER ) be center whatever the screeen display of the browser of the computer I’m using. My point is to keep’em centered whatever the screen resolution when I choose to be in wide screen with 100% as width of the slider.
2/ Elsewhere, I’ve noticed that flexsliders are not working on phones and ipads, right?
3/ How can we delete the slider bar (above all for the homepage!) ? Thanks!

Are you suer you mean the flex slider? Becuase the flex sldier (slideshows in admin) is setup as a fixed width already so it will be centered by default. Or do you mean the layer slider? If you mean the layer slider (which I think you do) then please see the layer slider example settings folder that is in the documentation folder of your download.
I have to assume for #2 you mean the layer slider as well. If so, the layer slider is not responsive in this version, a new update is coming that makes it 100% responsive.
The flex slider is responsive, you can heck our demo to see that it works.
The slider bar … do you mean the page title bar that has the background image in it with the heading text? If so, that is a page option, jsut select “hide” for the page title bar in each page.

Lots of new features, you can see the full list when its ready. But you can also purchase it now, and play around with it, the theme options are the big change but those are easy to reset.
Either way its coming soon, and all our updates are free for users and we update it frequently with new stuff.

Planning to get this template for a children centric website . I’m just wondering if you have any examples website links . Its a lovely website but I would need some thing brighter with maybe a different skin. Would I be able to install that seperately ? Otherwise i love the lay out and would love to get it .
Right now we only have the one skin, but many users have changed it to be something else, you can do whatever you want with a little CSS and we can assist with that.
We are going to include a set of different skins in the future, but they will not be included with our new update coming.
I dont have URL ’s on hand, but if you go back through these comments I posted up some examples from users. Its been a few weeks though since I did that.
But you can change the colors with CSS if you need to, no big deal
Hi! All my posts are using “blog sidebar”. I have made a new sidebar in “appearance > sidebar” and in the blog post choosen that selfmade sidebar, but it’s still using “blog sidebar”. Any suggestions?
Yes the blog sidebar will default on blog pages, but we are changing that as well. For now, you can do the below edit if you wnat, or wait a few days for our update.
For this to work, edit single.php and replace:

Yes, there is a page option for the page title bar. You can turn it on or off for each of your pages
Look for “page title bar: show/hide” in the page and post options of each page.

Yes you would need to use a plugin for that, we recommend gravity forms or contact form 7.

Can you provide more information? What does it say?
Make sure you are only uploading the “Avada.zip” file via wordpress, or you can unzip that file and upload the “Avada” folder via FTP . Directions for both are in your documentation.

I woud like to know if we can easy integrate the form styl like the contact form in the Avada theme into our gravity form plugin? If yes how can we implement the styl?
We also want to use the buttons that coming with the theme into our gravity plugin. Is that possible? If yes how can we do that?
This are just 2 of our business requirements and must be clear, before we would like to purchase this theme. We are know in the investigation phase and perhaps we have more functional and technical questions.

We have not used gravity forms but other users have used it with Avada so we recommend it as well as Contact Form 7.
Those things are possible, but are customizations that you would need to know how to do and get going. We can help you in our forum if you run into trouble.
All our buttons can be used via shortcodes so that part should be easy for you, and the styling of gravity forms should not be difficult but we have never done it on our end.

But I still cannot center it… 3/ My point is to delete the sliderbar that you have in your “blog” page, just as you did in your homepage for example. I can’t delete it, even if I’m choosing “none” for sliderbar in the page editor of wordpress. Thank you!
Hmmm, sliderbar? Do you mean the page title bar? See the screenshot below.

There is 1more question from our functional design team. Based on the live preview theme we see the tagbox that can be add into a page including nice button.
How is this tagbox build? Is it possible to add forms from our gravity plugin into this tagbox? If yes how can we technical manage that?

The tagline box as well as most other elements are all shortcodes, very easy to use. You just click an icon and the shortcode is generated and you simply change out the text.
Im not entirely sure about using it with gravity forms since we do not support 3rd party plugins, but other users have used gravity forms with avada without issue. And shortcodes can be used anywhere.
If you purchase the theme, just visit our support forum for help if you run into any. Details for the forum are in the “Read Me First.pdf” file that you will receive with your download.

That depends on many factors,m including the plugin. Honestly the best course of action is to contact the plugin author and ask them how to insert custom code into their plugin. They will be able to give you an exact answer.

Is there a way to show just a thumbnail image next to the text on the category list of blogs at it is when you disable the post slider but when you go into the post you can see a large image across the top of the post ?

So you simply want a small image for your blog posts? Is that on the listing page (with excerpts) or the single post page?
You could use the “medium blog layout”, that has a smaller image to the left of the listing. Make sure you have medium layout selected in theme options.
The single post pages will have the featured image up top and large, but our new update coming will allow you to easily specify a featured image size for each individual post page, or you will be able to easily disable the featured image.

The tab shortcode doesn’t seem to be working on our site, when you first click on a page you can see the details in the first tab but then if you click on the second or thrid tab the details all disappear and the tabs will not op en again. It can be but its further down the list since its not a heading. Headings are most important (h1-h6)
