Yes this is what I referred to in my other post, you have to see our “layer slider example settings” folder and use markup to center your layers so they are in the same spot on all screens. That folder is in your documentation folder of your download. We show you how to do it and explain it all there.

Or just insert a fixed width instead of 100% in the slider width. Put 940px and that issue will go away.

I’m sorry but I dont see a an invisiable slidebar. I dont understand the portion of the site you are talking about. Can you please take a screenshot and point it out? You can use imgur.com to post up a screenshot link

Are you referring to the empty spot to eh left of the 4 content boxes? If so the columns are messed up. Paste the below code into the HTML editor and see if it fixes it.

Now I see, I was confused since we were saying “slider” and not sidebar.

If your page settings, you have to set the template to “full width”. Right now it looks like you have it set to “default”. See screenshot below, make sure template is set to full width. And blog page has to have a sidebar right now, that cant be full width but will be able to in new update coming.

We dont keep a list of users URL ’s for examples, but there have been many back through the comments.

So you want an image to take up the entire background, even cover the content area? Meaning the green background is directly behind your copy content.

If so , yes that can be done but not via theme options with a selection. It will take some custom CSS which we can help assist you with.

To access our forum, you need to create a free account. To create an account, you need to use 3 things.

1. The same themeforest username that you bought avada with

2. the same email address that is associated with your themeforest username

3. Your purchase code located in the license certificate.

When you login, it may take you to a wordpress admin page, simply click the “visit site” and head over to the forum and post a new topic for this.

Oh no, I’m sorry we dont have a built in maintenance mode. But you could use a plugin for that. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/maintenance-mode/

That link says error 404.

What featured area are you talking about on Avada? Most likely if it has to be a working form and you want to put it in a spot where a featured image is then it will take code customization.

Oh, do you mean the form in the top slider?

Yes the layer slider can take any form of HTML , including a form. We do not provide a form with the theme to use in the slider, but you can easily create one with a little HTML . I’m sure there are a bunch of sites online that provide you the markup you would need, and I’ve seen a few other users who have done that with the layer slider.

All users have to download from their own individual accounts. The same place you originally downloaded the theme. Go to your downloads tab in your account and find “Avada” then click the download link, it will always be the latest version.

The new layer slider 3.0 is coming soon, we are finishing up the Avada 2.0 update that will include it. We have to upgrade it on our end since we added our own skin and a few other tweaks.

As for the issue with properties, I’m not sure I know about this. Have you closed it out and tried to reopen it? You could also just remove that layer and build a new one, which wont be a big deal if its a small slide.

Also, have you made sure “advanced options” box is selected?

Hello! Well we just bought the new layerslider 3.0. I installed it and i solved the problem. All the options in the layerslider box dissapeared, and i could see the setup of the text and drag the text around but there were no buttons, remvoe buttons or advanced options whatsoever. But as I said the new layerslider fixed it

But somehow my fallback image has dissapeared now… Do you know what causes this? http://cphcloud.com/test-wp ?

Its hard to say what caused the fallback image to not work, most likely its due the the layer slider 3.0 being fully responsive, we integrate the plugin into the theme so there are some things that we do on our end after install.

Our update is coming early next week so once its out you can upgrade and it will fix that issue and include the layer slider 3.0

I’m sorry but I’m not entirely sure what you mean. You can setup the theme and give everyone an admin user account, but I dont know if that is what you are asking.

Have you done this before with a different theme? Can you provide an example?

For a testimonial in a 1/4 column, simply wrap it in the [one-fourth] column shortcode. Like below and put “yes” or “no” depending on if you want it first or last in the column. This below has 2 testimonials so it will be a slider, simply remove one for a single or add more for extra.

Any new google fonts need to be added in an update, which we do regularly. BUt with 500+ already, its a big selection

No themes here on TF cant have auto-updates, purchases have to be verified and right now the only way to do that is to log back into your TF account and download the latest version from your downloads tab. Then install the theme again. All of them are like that here, and hopefully there will be an auto-update API that authors can use soon.

Do you mean the layer slider slides? First you need to create a layer slider, then you need to set it to appear on the home page.

No its not a bug, sometimes when you resize a browser window that small you have to refresh the page. When you view it on a small screen (iphone, ipad, etc) the tabs will work perfectly, but when you resize a larger browser window and make it smaller, they may need a refresh. If you refresh the page they will be fine. And no refresh is needed on a mobile device.

- not in theme options but you can by modifying the CSS . and oyu can have the ipad show the full desktop site if you want.

- the layer slider 2.0 is not responsive on mobile devices, we are updating the theme with the new layer slider 3.0 that is fully responsive and we are also including the slider revolution. Update coming in a few days

- we are building our own page builder to use with Avada, but it will not be ready for v2. But right now all our pages are easily and quickly built using shortcodes

You can do that right now as long as you use the boxed mode, there is a theme option for that.

And Our new update will allow you to pick a new color or background image per page, as well as a ton of other color options in the theme options control panel, its very nice

Actually, all forums by authors use the themeforest API ot check and validate purchases. You have to use the same themeforest username, email and purchase code.

So you woudl need to use your developers themeforest username, his email and then the purchase code he gave you. But that shouldn’t be a problem, all that info is public anyway and its only used for our support forum. Your password you create on our forum is strictly your own and is not associated with your developers account in anyway. You just need his username and email.

Do you have your slider setup? I assume that slider area is blank and just the shadow is showing, right?

By default the home page is set to show the layer slider, if you dont have a layer slider setup with slides, then that will happen. You can either set up some layer slides, or set up the flex slider, or simply choose to not show a slider on the home page. Whatever of those options you do, make sure you go to the home page in your admin and scroll down until you see the “page options”. Select the slider you chose, or simply choose “no slider” if you do not want one.
