Are you using the layer slider?

if so that is simply a skin name, insert avada in the skin field and it will come back. Avada skin is the only one that should have that shadow.

The plugin was renamed. Fully remove the plugin from your server via FTP , its located at “wo-content > plugins”

Then re-ionstall the new one called “tf_flexslider.zip”, which is located in your downloaded package at “avada > frameworks > plugins”

The height is determined by the number of menu items.

If you want it to be wider, then insert the below CSS in the CSS field in theme options and give it a larger number, default is 170px.

#nav ul ul { width: 170px; }

Oh yes. if you update to the new v2.0.3 then you can do that via theme options, its nice and easy.

If you dont upgrade, then use CSS , default is 14px

  font-size:14px !important;
}

Do you want the admin panel to be in chinese?

You could try to translate it with POedit or qTranslate or WPML

the only slider that is not the latest is the Revolution Slider and we are issuing an update for that this evening, the new version is v2.0.5.

The layer slider is already v3.0

No we cant have auto-updates for the themes because there is no way for us to verify purchases. No themes here on themeforest do that.

To access our forum, you need to create a free account. To create an account, you need to use 3 things.

1. The same themeforest username that you bought avada with

2. the same email address that is associated with your themeforest username

3. Your purchase code located in the license certificate.

When you login, it may take you to a wordpress admin page, simply click the “visit site” and head over to the forum or video tutorials.

Yes see our other response as well, right now with the way its setup it would take too many changes for us to do. You would need to be able to do it on your end.

Yes and that was released not even a week ago, we will be testing it out locally before we release it. Thats what we have to do since we have over 5000 users, we want to make sure its as solid as the last. I’m sure it is, but we test things.

Also so you know, we’ve made some modifications to it without avada skin and also making sure it works in our responsive framework so we have to test it out to make sure all is well. We will be doing that and it will be included our next release.

You wont lose your data as long as you have not changed any of the theme files (PHP or all.css)

Simply remove the current theme folder via FTP , then copy the new one over!

Please see our Avada Documentaion on this, and make sure you have the latest version of the theme, v2.0.3.

Our documentation has been totally rewritten and outlines how to do things like this.

The new version uses multiple featured image boxes, all you have to do is insert multiple featured images and the slideshows ill be made.

Go to “settings > permalinks” and click “save changes”

That is a page option. Go to your blog page in admin section and scroll down until you see the “page options” box. Set the page titel bar to “show” then save the page. It may say show already, just select it again to reset then publish the page.

Also, be sure to check out the avada documentation, its been totally rewritten and outlines how to do just about anything and includes videos!

Yes it should be linked I think. Set the page title bar and see what happens. If it is not, then simply create a new blog page, set the page title bar then set that page to show up in your reading settings.

Its included with your package in the “documentation” folder.

There is a .index.html file, open that in any browser, that is the documentation.

They will automatically appear in the blog page as long as you have your blog page set.

Make a blog page, set it to show as front page, then make blog posts in the post section.
