Yes if you are using an older version of Avada, then please see the “l;ayer slider example settings” folder inside the “documentation” folder.

It outlines how to always center your sublayers in the same spot on all screens.

Or you can simply not use a 100% width slider, that is what causes that to happen, use a fixed width 940px if you want it to be easier.

Or you can update the theme to the latest version, it contains the new layer slider and the Revolution Slider, which we feel is easier to use for a full width slider, there are no extra steps involved to center sublayers. Both sliders are great, and we use them both for different reasons.

Are you using Museo Slab 500?

Try to remove the font and install it again via theme options.

Also, what browser are you having this issue in? I dont see it on our demo so if you remove the font, then install it again it should be fine

Yes, You can make the layer slider or slider revolution any size you want.

And you can put any type of content inside of them.

Yep, all you need to do is click on it and hit “save settings”.

Its just wanting you to configure the plugin, the default settings are fine so just hit save.

For #3, latest posts is a shortcode that is only suppose to show a few post. But our new version allows you to insert more than a few. Just specifiy the number of post in the shortcode, there is a post=’’ field that you can specify how many you want to show. And you can also have it 3 or 4 column

Make sure you have the latest version of Avada, v2.0.4 was just submitted and will be approved in 10-12 hours probably

Themeforest themes do not have auto udpates, you have to redownload from your themeforest account and reinstall.

Go to your downloads tab and re-download.

But we also submitted a v2.0.4 so it might be best to wait for that, it will be approved in less than 24 hours. It contains a few other fixes.

So I’d wait for the new one to be approved within 24 hours, its v2.0.4

Your settings wont be lost, that info is stored in the database.

no we only support 4 columns right now, but will see about adding that in future.

Actually 2.0.4 is not approved yet, its still in submission. But when its ready we do recommend updating, it has bug fixes. I’ll post the changelog at bottom of item page once its approved.

In theme options, you just need to set the “wide” layout if you want wide, and “boxed” if you want boxed. One install can only be one way or another, it cant be combined at this time without code customization.

The button difference it just how browsers render them.

What version of layer slider do you have and what version of Avada do you have?

We submitted v2.0.4 today and it includes the new layer slider 3.5, so maybe that will fix this issue for you.

I’ve puchased today and have slider 3.0. How can I get the last version.

The new version is being approved, its not available yet.

It takes about 24 hours for them to approve it, once its ready you can download it again fro your downloads tab.

Check the bottom of the page below for the changelog, I update that once its been approved. We also have a sticky thread on our forum that tells you when.

It sounds like you need to turn on “legacy posts slideshows” on the “slideshows” tab in theme options.

See the READ ME FIRST file at root level of your download, it outlines this important info there as well as other info when updating.

But I just loaded your page and I see the flex slider, so I assume you got that set then?

Its working for us, see screenshot below of your site and then check our demo too.

If you still dont see it in a specific browser, then maybe remove it from your sidebar and set it up again. But its showing for us on your site.

Yep, use the below CSS and put it in CSS field. THere is osme for with circle and without.

You can add more classes if you know how, but out theme includes the 3 sizes, small , medium and large. If those sizes are not good for you, then the best thing to do is use the CSS I gave to modify the size of each one.

The CSS I gave you is for large, but if you want to change out the other sizes, just change large to medium or small.

Yes, you need to remove the “woo slider” plugin, that is the old version.

Completely delte that one. Then install the new one, its called “tf_flexslider.zip” and its located in the “avada > frameworks > plugins” folder of your download.
