Aventador - Wordpress eCommerce Theme

Hello Alex,

The Cycle slider doesn’t work properly. I install and unistall the theme twice- i’ve been working on the XML that you create. When i replaced the text and the image on the slide 1 on the cycle slider everything get messy.. please HELP ! I can give you access to my WP site to fix.

Hi, I just bought your theme and I have a question about the header. I want to make the header area taller but am also having trouble uploading an image that is the right size and don’t know the dimensions of the logo area in width.

Also, how do I get rid of that same uploaded logo in the footer?

I am really new to wordpress so if you have any information on general instructions on changing details like this would be very helpful

Height 27px; Width auto. If you make it with those specs it should be ok.

To remove the footer logo open file footer.php located in wp-content/theme/Aventador/ folder.

Remove or comment out line 3 to line 10. that should remove the logo from the footer.

I have the same problem, already posted it in the support forum of the creator but no response.

I need to insert a logo that is 70-90 px in height and still can’t figure out what to change in what .php file. When i just insert the new logo, the footer ist just fine, but the header is messed up – cut away the bottom part.

Hi Alex, I’ve posted over on your support site an issue with paragraph formatting (and emailed you via your contact form). Can you please advise when this issue will be fixed?

I’ve generally liked using the Aventador Theme but this one issue is holding a project back from being completed… it seems you may also have the same paragraph formatting issue in the non-eCommerce (Premium) version of Aventador and recently the Prometheus eCommerce theme…

I’m also having trouble getting either slider to work. I posted on your support forum a few days ago but it appears there’s more activity here so I’ll give this a shot.

I followed the directions in the documentation, then tried importing the sample XML and it appears that a couple sample slides were imported but still no luck activating the sliders. I decided to start over, installed a fresh version of WP, installed the theme and immediately again imported the XML …no luck.

Looks like you’re already registered for the site, (the info is on the support forum), let me know if you need more to be able to check it out.

Hi, I have the same problem that as some other users about the Cycle slider. After trying to make the slider to work without success I decided to restart from scratch with importing the sample site. This didn’t work either as it appears the import doesn’t goes all the way thru. After reading all info I could gather on your site and here , my understanding is that the slider can only be used with the xml import ? but then what is the slider section in wordpress admin for ? Please point me to the right direction. Thanks

Can we expect any response here or on your forum (http://alexgurghis.com/support/) about the slider problems with the Aventador theme? I still can not get either slider to work and it appears others are having the same problem. Please let us know if a fix is in the works or if no further support will be provided so we can look into alternate solutions.

Hello I’m having issues with the Flexslider. I want it to look exactly like the demo site and its not working. I have set the image as a featured image but it is taking up the entire frame. How do I add in the copy and so on. Please advise asap. Thank you!

Hey I want to purchase your theme.

I am wondering if you can set the shop to have no price limit so they can add things to their basket and send the invoice although NO price so we can come back to them and send them a quote on their goods?

So they can order say 1x product1002 WITH no price and we get back to them on a price? sort of like a quote generator

Hi there, I seem unable to modify the css in the style.css file- its blank. when I try to change the logo height in the control panel using #logo I get an error. Can you help? Its a lovely theme!
