Hello where do I go for troubleshooting assistance? I can’t get the slider to work.
HI is this theme compatible with Wordpress 3.5.1 and php 5.3? I upgrated my php and the theme might be the reason the blog have crashed? Have you tested it with the above configurations?

We’re having problems with the social counter in the side of the page. It happens just with Chrome and the new Safari (Webkit, probably):
The bar is moved towards the text (to the right) and it is very annoying for our users. Also, it can be fixed until the next time going to the address bar (CTRL+L) and hitting ENTER. Refreshing (F5) does not work.
Any ideas about this? We may have any conflicts with our plugins but you may have heard about this problem.

I bought this theme a week ago and i am having a huge issue. I installed it on latest wordpress. Problem I am having is that its doesn’t how images on front page. I have had Avenue for about one and a half years. Working with version 3.5.1.
Cannot seem to resolve issue with five missing thumbnails that sit to the right of the main slider. I have tried running the Regenerate Thumbnails feature several times, with resizing the thumbs – assuming they may have been too large for the space (they weren’t before, so I don’t know why they would be too large now). Anway, no luck.
The URL was redirecting for awhile (long story) and will be back and publicly visible in a few days, I would like to get this issue resolved. Any thoughts?
I did start a ticket and am still waiting to hear back.
