To get the slider working (How i got it working):

A lot of people are trying to use the tags ‘featured’ or ‘feature’. Don’t use these tags as what I have discovered is that the slider is picking these posts up from the tag slug. If you go to the Tags page under Posts in your admin section you will see that the slug is ‘featured-2’ instead of ‘featured’. I don’t know why this is happening but use a completely different tag such as ‘featuredpost’ and then you will notice the slug remains the same and the slider will start working.

Should I be adding some sort of tag/category etc ?

All of the sudden the “featured image” box and functionality disappeared from my site. I tried installing multiple plugins to get this back on and this doesn’t show up any more. my site is nocoastbias.com.

Twitter widget is broken. Says :

I’m having the same issue as derekjh as far as the “set feature image” option just vanishing from both the side panel on the “add post” screen and from the little mini window that pops up when adding an image to a post. I don’t know what to do and this is really a hindrance with me posting to my site every morning promptly at 9:45 am. Please please please find a solution as soon as you can…it would mean the world to me!

@jansoben Yeah, that’s the response from the server when you apply the changes suggested at the support site to fix the Twitter issue

Could you please provide me with the demo content file so i can have the same as the demo and work from there. Its a xml file to import.

Is there a plug-in for this style of page? http://themes.themesector.com/?theme=avenue What I mean is the recent posts, how it has the read more, line breaks, and pictures to the left. I really like the way this looks and can’t figure out how to get that activated in the theme. Someone please help!

@Torrecus – Thanks a bunch, It fixed it, I messed around with it too much so it didnt work properly in the beginning, did what you said and now it works.
