The download takes a long time because there are 44 distinct variations each with 40 fully built out page templates. While waiting for the download, if you have a particular skin in mind, we’d be happy to zip that skin by itself and email it to you.

We are not aware of anyone else having this particular problem. The only problem we are aware of is that the file size is very large and it takes a long time to download.

If you are referring to the comment by en_joyit, we were under the impression they tried to unzip the file before it was completely downloaded.

We offered to send them one skin while they waited for the rest to download completely.

Is this what you believe we have handled poorly?
Please keep in mind Themeforest hosts and controls the zip file and we have no access to it once the theme has been submitted.

We do want to help, please let us know how we can.
