How do i disable the “Read more” button on my about page (called “præsentation”) www.birkerødfysioterapi.dk
Removing “Read more” link in About page section.
It’s very easy to get this modification done, just follow these steps:
1. In the theme folder named “awesome”, there is a folder named “home-templates”. Open this folder. Then you will have the file named “about.php”
2. Open about.php file. Go 24th line. Then you will have this code: <?php _e(‘Read more’, ‘awesome’); ?>
3. Delete the above code.
4. You are done!
And the search bar in the front page
Removing the searchbar in the frontpage:

Thanks you.
Hi, I have recently purchased this theme. However, on installment the theme does not seem to follow the ‘One Page’ effect. I have followed the instructions but nothing seems to be getting the effect. Kindly assist.
Hello, thank you for purchasing our theme.
Firstly, you need to read our theme documentation before starting to build your site. From your explanation, it seems you built one page navigation incorrectly. You can take a few minute to read the instruction how to build it. It is clearly explained in “Creating One Page Menu Navigation” section.
To make you easy having pages design are shown up same as our demo, you can do importing the dummy content, then start adjusting with your need. Follow the steps how to import the dummy content in our theme documentation. You can find it in “Installation” section.
If you still have other questions. Feel free to contact us.
Regards.
I’m having a problem with IE. It works in Firefox, Chrome but not IE. Clicking a menu item doesn’t scroll the page. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you for your finding. Sure, we will pack the next update of Awesome theme with the latest jquery.nav.js
Looks like you need to update jquery.nav.js. I downloaded the latest version and now it works in IE. https://raw.github.com/davist11/jQuery-One-Page-Nav/master/jquery.nav.js
Thank you for your finding. Sure, we will pack the next update of Awesome theme with the latest jquery.nav.js
Hi minimalthemes,
Is there anyway you can make my template IE 9 and 10 compatible the slider is too fast and the contact page does not show the name, e-mail address and comment thank you for your help.
Hi there,
The current version of Awesome cannot display place holder text in IE 9 and 10. In the next update we will make it supports.
For the slider speed in IE. It is the limitation of old version One by One Slider we are using. Now, the slider has new update on 22 May 2013 (http://codecanyon.net/item/jquery-onebyone-slider-plugin/684613), but Awesome last update was on 16 May 2013. We are bit late.
We will update the Awesome theme, soon.
Regards,
I recently purchased the Awesome Theme. I love it. I am trying to insert the COLUMN short code in an ABOUT US page, but it doesn’t work.

We are now checking your site. Regards,
Every sections displayed in the frontpage can be arranged easily by modifying its publish date. The latest publish date will be displayed at the top followed by he older an so on. Just like the regular blog posts arrangement based on chronological order. You can quickly do editing them from “quick edit” menu. Take a look at this screenshot http://awesomescreenshot.com/02817tsb22
In your site’s administration, open the “Pages” menu (http://test.theltconsultinggroup.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page) > Open “Quick Edit” link in the page you want to modify its publish date. See this screenshot http://awesomescreenshot.com/03b159qif2
