A quick question . What is the exact size of the logo placement box. I want to fill the entire box with the logo.

also is there a way i can fill the logo box only in a particular color, such as black.

First off, I love the theme! I have been using it for over a year now. I just have one problem that happened in the last few days, when I updated…

Now when new customers are checking out, the first step asks if they are a “First Time Customer” or if they have a log in.

Once the customer fills out “Email” and “Password” twice (what it take to set up a new account), it takes them into there “User Account” (this is where the problem is). It should take them to the next step of the checkout which would be “Billing Address”, then “Shipping Address” then “Payment Method”.

It’s stopping clients who are ready to buy… When they are automatically taken to the “My Account” page they have to click on the “Shopping Cart” icon in order to finish the checkout process.

How can we fix this ASAP??

Hi, we just checked this in our test installation, but here we can’t reproduce the issue, if we login inside the checkout process we are not redirected to the my account page. Hi, bazar is not rtl ready, but is compatible with WPML.

If you want a theme wpml and rtl ready i suggest you to check our Bi-shop theme. Or, if you can wait 2 weeks, we will release a new theme very similar to Bazar, but with amazing new features :)

I created a logo 360×102. The issue is when i enter items with large values on the shopping cart, the boxes next to the logo go behind it. The logo does not adjust in size…

first of all, thanks for the great theme. Some basic questions on a few things that I have been having troubles with:

1) There are supposed to be 2 checkout pages, where can I choose which one I want?

2) Currently, the responsiveness of the theme adjusts the website as to be displayed in a way on mobile devices which is a little problematic for us. I would prefer a grid view of all the products, even when the website is accessed from a mobile device, rather than having 1 product cover almost the entirety of the screen, where you then have to scroll down to see all the remaining products. Is there a way to change the layout of the home page on mobile devices?

1- On Bazar > theme options > shop > general settings you can activate the “multistep checkout”. If you turn off this checkout you will have the default woo commerce checkout.

2- I don’t know if this is possible, maybe is a theme customization that requires too much work or time. Try to open a ticket and ask this to our developers. Maybe they can help you.

And then its back to square 1.

I really love this theme, and have been using it for long time now. Unfurtuanly I have to change away from it, and leave a negative comment, as the theme is not working with cache plugins. Really bad I have to change my entire site now, because of this incompatibility :-(

- in appearance > widgets open the Header sidebar. You can find the text widgets of the header and delete them.

- move the testimonials and the cta widgets in a new sidebar and then assign a right sidebar to the page

- you can hide the add to cart buttons in the theme options > shop panel. But is not possible to hide the prices.

Hi Sara,

I bought your theme and am trying to install it.

I installed the lates WP (dutch language) on my website. Afterwards I installed the WooCommerce plugin (did not activate it yet). Than I tried to install the theme by uploading bazar.zip by the theme installer of WP. But it does not work, it gives an error and asks me if I want to try again. I try again and the same error.

Can you please advice what I am doing wrong?

The bazar-child folder is inside the bazar theme folder. Please read the documentation, we explain how to use the child theme :)
