I purchased this theme and it is just so slow! Its running at about 14 seconds a page load! I also have the cheope which when running is about 3.8 seconds a page load. I need help with this immediately! I am getting no response on tickets!
The page speed of our demo is not slow, as you can check yourself. I suppose you have some plugins or some js conflicts. Please check.
I have only those plugins necessary .. nothing different. Your site demo has been cleaned for optimization and only a few products. We have a large store.
I deactivated every plugin and only had 8 including woocommerce and its still slow!
the only js files that we have are from the plugin so how will I know a js conflict?

How do I request a refund. I have had techs look into this too and it is definitely the theme that is slow. I switch to the theme Cheope and its fast, your support team has no solution.
Very gorgeous theme! Easy to manage and offering plenty of possibilities to be personalized. Also I must say the support team is great, they helped me a lot with some issues and changes I wanted on my theme. I hoped the support to be good, but i have to say that is amazing! Bazar worths every penny

By chance do you know the name of the two fonts used on the bazar theme in the Leather Boots slider ad, the one with the desert in the background?
Also, I wanted to let you know that the video tutorials are sooooo helpful!!! I think that you guys should just do tons of those for everything the site can do. I feel like I have learned so much setting up this website. Great theme!

There are a few of my products that display very large images of their featured image on the catalog page. They display fine on their own individual product page as actual image size. i have verified that all of the image settings found in the WooCommerce / Catalog setting -

Active responsive images Active this to make the images responsive and adaptable to the layout grid.

Flex Classic Slider – I tried to create one of these sliders and I am only able to create one slide.
The function does not do anything after selecting ‘Add” another slide, I select the new image from my media gallery and when the program comes back, only the first slide is only there.

However, on the shopping cart that is visible on the upper right hand side on the products page, the $ sign is to the right of the amount of the shopping cart total, see the following: 31.00$
The rest of the site has the $ sign in the correct location: to the left of the amounts.

Font and color change issues…
On my individual product page: I can’t seem to find where I can modify the font style and color that is in the box with the shopping tag on it.

I am trying hard to choose between Cheope and Bazar. Can you throw some light. I dont want compare feature anyways but likes overall look of Cheope as it looks like Bazaar is a bit cramped. Though I like Bazar as it has many options for blog, testimonials etc.

Hi, is there a way to stop the product thumbnails (featured images) from being different sizes. The amout of text in the title relates to how big the images appear and it would be good to have them all the same size no matter the amount of text.
It makes the pages look very uneven. can you help?
In Woo Commerce > Settings > Catalog in the image section, you have to select “hard crop”.

I have opened a ticket #2236 but had no reply yet, maybe you could help on here.
The product title is ovelapping itself if too long. My products have long titles and they seem to over lap when the text moves to the next line.
If you go onto a product page and type a long title you will see what I mean.
