I have a problem that is driving me crazy:
Users can not enter their accounts through the frontend. When they try to sign in, the page just refreshes but not enter, on their own account or through Facebook . The system will not show any errors or anything , just do not walk , so the reaction is the same when you put the correct data or when you put the wrong key on purpose , just refresh and nothing else.
If you create a new user you can get in, but if you come back later you can not enter anymore, you’d have to go create a new user again.
Now comes the strangest :
If is given the case you are a new user, you have created an account and get to order , such order appears in the admin with a dummy user that I created a few days ago . That is, last clients, each one different , besides not receive any order confirmation email , their orders appear to me on the panel with my dummy user data , only the email of the client is correct, although them of course when ordering have entered their data. I have to say that I removed yesterday the dummy user but still appears.
Do you think if I actualize the theme could solve my problem?

After being trying all sorts of solutions, reinstall the database , upload all files and test patches, after being with the shop closed 5 days I had to pay a technician to solve the problem because I could not wait another week losing more sales and customers until you return from holidays, of course, is not your fault, but I could not wait. This has cost me a lot of money and time, because I was not able to solve this problem alone, but finally we have found that the problem comes from the Facebook Connect module that overwrites one phtml spoiling the user access to their account, well it seems that the module is not compatible with Magento 1.8.1
Currently my clients can now access to their account , but I’m still having a problem of sessions, the password and username left in their respective fields and are never deleted, even if I empty the cache , delete the sessions, cookies and browser history , making the connection from a public machine totally unsafe and very dangerous for my clients.
I need you please to review it as soon as possible to keep using your theme on my online store without compromising the security of my clients.

Hi. Sorry but this theme not provide dummy data for sliders.
This is what it says it the instructions:
In your Magento admin go to Novaworks > One Click Installer and select the Store View where you want to install Infinitus theme (you can select All Store Views to install for all stores). Then select Install Static Blocks and Install Slideshow demo content.
Click “One Click Install” and wait until the page reloads and displays the confirmation message.
Considering that the theme also doesn’t incude the blog as advertised, I am really crossed. I do not want to use this anymore. How is it possible to get a refund? I have never asked for one, and i am on themeforest for a few years, but this is not really cool. Thanks.
This dummy data for old sliders. If you want demo content for slider we will do this for you, just give me access to admin.

Hi, I got this theme and installed on my Magento 1.7 system. I have three stores in the same Magento, so algo three different themes installed. Everything seems to work fine but the ajax. I don’t know when you click on “add to cart” on the product list in one of the websites that hasn’t got this theme installed, the ajax calls the file /app/code/community/NovaWorks/Ajax/controllers/IndexController.php instead of the IndexController.php file by default. It obviously makes the button doesn’t do the job.. How can I fix this?
Please, I need a solution. I discovered that the problem is that your theme is overriding the Catalog and Checkout blocks on Community folder so now, the rest of the websites and their themes are taking your override by default. Is there any way to fix this, please?

Is anyone else having troubles with checking out with Internet Explorer using paypal advanced? All other browsers work great but when I hit the submit button it hangs up. The order does go through but the customer isn’t notified on the website. They eventually get a confirmation email but are always confused.
I have purchased your theme and have installed new One Page Checkout extension but currently, if we click the Cart button on the Right Top then the Proceed to Checkout on my website, we will be redirected to the old checkout.
