We purchased this theme a few weeks ago and had the site up and running. All of sudden we get this message when we try to view store front from the dashboard “There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file”. Can you please advise?

Hi, i’ve just purchased your template and really having a hard time downloading it. I have followed your instructions, on how to download it with a mac through filezilla. I then went on the admin panel and still can’t see your template option in store edit. Can you give a step by step explanation as it seems some steps are missing in the documentation you gave. As I’m absolutely not familiar with computer language I cannot guess the “inbetweens” and I cannot ask somebody to do it for me either. Thanks for your help.

What is the best siza for the logo to fit in properly. Mine is too big and goes over the menu bar. Thanks Or can I have that space for the logo higher, I would prefer as my logo would look nicer.

Hi! I am having trouble installing the theme. I followed all the instructions in the documentation up to installing Beauty Shop Theme Administration Module. The module doesn’t exist. What do I do?
You dont upload theme files in correct place.
Thank you for your quick response. I uploaded the file in the public_html went to catalog/view/theme. I put the files under theme. Is that not where they go?
I dont know where and how you are installed OpenCart on your server, this maybe difference on different servers. If you dont see theme in OpenCart settings and in Modules this only mean that you dont upload theme files to FTP (or upload to incorrect folder). Check that you have file in YOU OPENCART DIR admin/view/template/module/beauty.tpl for example.
I can see it in the setting. I just can’t see it in the module. I use BlueHost. I will play around with this and try to figure it out. Thank you again for your time.

I am new to Opencart, and I purchased this theme, and uploaded it into the catalog > view > theme folder. On my Opencart admin, I see the theme as an option to set it as the theme (Settings > Store > Template). However, there is no thumbnail preview, and when I save and go to Store Front, the default theme is still there…

Hello, thats ok that you dont see a thumbnail. It does not needed. But when you apply theme you must see it. I think your uploaded theme to catalog > view > theme > beautyshop > beautyshop (two folders with one name). Some clients make this mistake. Read theme documentation, theme files in archive already have folder structure and you must upload files from UPLOAD directory to the ROOT of opencart installation with overwrites.

Hello, i just the template. I follow your instructions, but on step 12 of the Documation i dont see the field to Enable Custom footer, but htere is only Enable custom theme option.
Did something missed when i was uploading files?

“Enable Custom footer” option in new theme version located in “Footer” section.

On your demo i gave you, there is a grey background at the banners section. Left and right of the banners.. Thats what i mean. Which background is that?
1px border around banners? You need color number or what? This is just border in CSS.

I am having difficulty with the slider and minislider setup, plus I can not see where you are getting the url for “Link” in the banners setup. Where do you get it from? I have setup the banner dimensions and even the image dimensions to get the slider and minislider, but it is not working. I need your help. Thanks
You must add slider by documentation. When you add new sliders in Design > Baners you can specify url for every image. Contact me from contact form if you will not solve it.
Mini Slider Issue: Followed the doc and I am user sample mini slider images, however they disaply with improper height. They are displaying with the same height as the main slide.
WIdth looks good but height is double what is should be, so the first mini slider matches the main slider, and the second mini gets pushed down, pushing all the content with it.
This mean you don’t upload all theme files correctly and dont overwrite opencart files. Or your are using incorrect image sizes.
Ok I will try to upload the theme again. I am using the sample mini banner images.

This is what it says : Notice: Error: Could not load language french! in /home3/letiziab/public_html/system/library/language.php on line 39
Your dont add french lang properly, read opencart documentation how to add new languages.
Love this theme. Just one question: Is there a way to put different price points to different versions of the same item. For example, say you have two identical cameras available in red and yellow. Can you make one listing for both cameras and still have different prices (assuming say, the red one is more expensive) based on what color the customer chooses?

I am needing a list of recommended optimized image setting sizes for this theme. Is this written in somewhere in the notes?
Look for Documentation folder inside purchased archive and run index.html file inside it.
