hi there, i just bought your theme and installed, all settings done, also activated from modules and system/settings, in the end im getting this error can you help me please?

This is not our module (rgen), disable it.
i did before upload theme still same
File that gives you error is not our file. You have some theme or modules or hacks installed before and this file get you error. Contact this file (or theme) developer and ask about error and how to deinstall this mod/theme correctly to fix the error.

As you see in theme compatibility list and section this theme for 1.5.4 and 1.5.5. Update your OpenCart.

Hello, I have upgraded to 2.5.2 (overwrote all files with the latest release, was previously using 2.4) and am using opencart 1.5.5.1 and I’m still having problems with additionnal images in both safari and chrome browsers.
Basicly, i’ll see the top half of the first image in the additionnal images section and I won’t see any other images. Is this the bug that was supposed to be fixed in 2.5.1 and 2.5.2? 2.5.2 fixed – product additional images display in Safari 2.5.1 fixed – product additional images display in Google Chrome.
Am I not upgrading the theme correctly?

Hello, if you upgraded theme corectly you must see all additional images in Safari and Chrome without Carousel (carousel you will see in FF browser). Try to reupload catalog/view/theme/beautyshop/template/product/product.tpl and owerwrite the existing file.

Give me your site url. Are you shure that you have latest theme version? Try to redownload theme archive from themeforest.

In the HTML code of your page I see that your product.tpl file is not updated to the latest version.
Ok, I figured it out. Godaddy changed my server to a new IP yesterday. I was using ftp on the old server which apparently was still active. So basicly I was doing changes on the wrong server. Thanks for your help.

As you can see in theme description Demo admin panel is a DEMO. Of course you cant change colors in demo. All DEMO settings will not be saved in frontend.

catalog/view/theme/beautyshop/template/product/product.tpl, you can find javascript with cloudzoom initialization in the bottom of file (with zoom window size).

Not, this modification is not possible right now. You can try for search for OpenCart modules for filter size and price. New OpenCart 1.5.5 have built in new filter module, check it.

Can’t make the 3 bottom mini ads as in your demo. I followed your document and create a MyAdSlide banner group to contain 3 images, each with title “xxx ads xxx”. Then, add in Slider module MyAdSlide 314×200 but it just does not show up. Any clue?

Hello, go to google fonts site and check what fonts have cyrilic support (there are several fonts available). All Body fonts in theme admin panel support russian.

You don’t need to upload new fonts. Theme already have all latest Google fonts and with every theme updated we are adding new fonts.

You can’t use different text in custom menu for different languages.
When I view the headers (on the site and in the admin panel) they are using Oswald, the google web font. In Chrome, they are all cut off on the bottom. But in IE and others, they display properly. Am I doing something wrong? (www.uniqueladyonline.com) Thanks!
If you have installed TTF font Oswald on your PC/Mac you can get this Chrome bug. This is not theme issue. After you remove Oswald from your PC/Mac site will use google font (not your local Oswald font) file and bug will not happen. This is Chrome bug.
I like the theme so far. I’ve been editing a few things to get it working the way I need it. One thing I would like to suggest for future version is to have a tooltip hover text when hovering over the Compare, Add to Cart, and those 4 images on the home page. I have implemented qTip library to do this as it is a bit confusing to new users what the icons mean. Hopefully you know what I mean

Hi, beautiful looking theme, enough to make me want to change to opencart! pre-sale question:
1) does this template come with all demo content? I am new to opencart and it will be easier for me to set up if all demo content is included.
2) Am I able to change easy all the background, footer, header, etc with ftp and upload new for all or is your template only allowed color change and no texture change to these areas?
3) If you do include demo content is the site set up and laid out exact as I see in the demo? This way it is easier for me to make small modifications 1 at a time.

1) Banners, Slider sample images is included with theme (PSD too). Products of course not included with theme. But standard opencart already have demo products and categories after installation.
2) Yes can change site background image/color/texture and all theme colors from theme admin panel. If you want to add image/textures to theme elements you can do this with theme admin panel Custom CSS feature.

I have upgraded Opencart to 1.5.5.1 and theme to the latest 2.5.2. I have an issue with mini images shown on the right side. They are coming in 690 X 480 instead of 280 X 242. Event the images are exactly to the size specified, somehow updated images with size specified in Slideshow settings is getting applied to mini images as well. This I was able to trace as the images are coming from cache folder with size in the filename. Please suggest.
You don’t upload all theme files correctly. You don’t rewrite slideshow.php file.

Non standard modules may require some code changes.

Sorry, but we cant install and test all modules for OpenCart with themes. We guarantee that standard modules will work with our themes, but cannot guarantee this for hacks, mods and non standard modifications and modules.

I’m about to purchase your “beautyshop” template. I just need to be sure about few things before. My website is exclusively in Japanese. I use opencart 1.5.5.1 with a Japanese extension. Is there any compatibility problem with this template and Japanese language (fonts, currency ¥,...)?
If you are using template with LTR Japanese version (not TTB) theme should work fine. But not all Google Fonts will support Japanese, you will need to change font from theme admin panel to font that support Japanese (Arial or some Google font). Some of our customers already used this theme for china and japanese sites and dont tell me about any problem.

Ok…..stupid question….I didn’t know what was LTR or TTB.
LTR is text left to right. I think OpenCart use it. TTB is from top to bottom (I think OpenCart does not support it).
Your extension is LTR, all should work fine.

*it is very nice to have a custom menu, in the demo site, when mouse-over the menu, it shows the pic with hyperlink, and on-click, it effect in the whole page, can I set it link to a blog and just effect in the content (in the opencart) ?
You can change block width with custom css. You can add any content or links to this block (demo site block is just a sample).

Submenu works in left column Category module. Top menu one level only, this is OpenCart limitations.
