I’ve updated to the latest version. The related products seems to be stuck at only two products per row, and the third product will be always at the second row.

I’ve checked the functions.php and also tried manually configuring it but it just will but nothing will overwrite it.

Please advise. Thanks.

Best Regards. Gai

You can replace the following code from functions.php:

function woocommerce_output_related_products() {
woocommerce_related_products(array( 'posts_per_page' => 3 ),1); // Display 3 products in one row

with this one:

// Related Products
function woo_related_products_limit() {
  global $product;

    $args['posts_per_page'] = 6;
    return $args;
add_filter( 'woocommerce_output_related_products_args', 'jk_related_products_args' );
  function jk_related_products_args( $args ) {
    $args['posts_per_page'] = 3; // 4 related products
    $args['columns'] = 3; // arranged in 2 columns
    return $args;

I’ve replace with the codes you given and is working fine now.

Thank you.

For some reason when you add an item to the cart and view the cart there are 2 cart totals?

Which theme version and woocommerce version are you running?

There seems to be an issue with the latest style sheet. I’m getting this error in Wordpress: There is a new version of the /home/content/36/9882036/html/wp-content/themes/bellissima/style.css theme available. You have version installed. Update to version 4.7. I installed the latest theme via FTP and every time I change out the file in question I still get the same error. Any advice?

It’s been nearly a month? Where’s the reply???? Where’s the support?

Can you send us your wp login details via email?

Hello, Where do you get the update from?

Hi, I need to know, where do I go, to get a copy of the New Update, for Bellissima. I see that you are finished. Can you email me a copy of the Update for my theme. I reversed all of my other Updates for WP and Plug-in’s, like you said. But I do not want to deal with this issue again. I have been all over your website and do not see an Update! Please, send me an email with the Update. Thank You

1 – have you tried the help file? 2 – have you installed the woocommerce plugin?

Hi, thanks for the theme. I’m trying to customize my homepage and replicate look similar to default theme. (I looked at the help section and trying to copy the widgets).

When I go to Appearance > Widgets, I’m able to see “home_sidebar_wide”, “home_sidebar_one”, etc.

However, when I save I don’t see it reflected and only see the categories that are visible when I click “Manager in Customizer”

Here’s a screenshot of the only widgets I see (which are the only ones displaying on my home screen).

Thanks for your help!

You have to add those widgets and fill the content inside as well, there are screenshots in the help files

Let me know if you still have problems

Yes, I have added those widgets exactly as shown on “Widget settings” but when I try to add them in homepage on the theme. 8

Here’s a view of my widgets that I have set-up following the screen shots— https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6QxH3nTeX38TDJsR3ZuSW1HdDg/view?usp=sharing

However, when I go to “Theme” > “Customize” > “Widgets”, these are the only ones I see to choose and can’t find the other ones i created: https://goo.gl/photos/2bm9F5oDjo2Ak1NW

What am I missing? Thanks

I Have Created a page with name Products Now I need to show all my products to it

How do I add product to my page?

in my shop page also nothing is showing..

You need to install the woocommerce plugin and activate it. Then add few products. And the only thing left is to define your product page. Go to Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Display and from the Shop Page drodown select the page oyu’d like to be your products page. In your example it should be a page called Products. Make sure that page is the one linked in your navigation, so that when you click on the menu it goes to this page

Hi, is it safe to upgrade the Theme from 3.7.11 to the latest WP version? I’m a little behind.. :)

Further, an ‘Invoice’ option to send an invoice to a client is not included right?

I would advise to have a test instance first when you do that since I have no idea what custom changes you might have on your theme

Good morning,

We would like to be able to search the shop by SKU #. When searching for a SKU#, the return is a 404 error. I duplicated the error on the theme’s live preview.

Hi! I have a problem with the alt tags in the pictures. I give the alternative text for the pictures, but in the live page doesn’t work. Do You know why? Thank You in advance.

If you mean that it does not display like tooltip – this is actually the correct behaviour. Alt is meant to be an alternative for images that were not displayed for some reason. If you need a tooltip you can also add the title tag

Hi! The tooltip is not problem. The problem is the alternative text for pictures. It would be good for visually impaired and blind people. (And of course for Google too.) The title tag is not enough. Could You help me?
