Very cool and clean. I love the project set up. Good luck with the sales.
Looks nice! Good luck with the sales mate!
Looks awesome bud, will give it a proper look tomorrow
Awesome. Any questions, just let me know.
Nice work! Looks great. Good luck with the sales!
Thanks Marc! Cheers!
I love it but one thing bugs me, the projects page. I love the full screen video/photo feature but for projects I don’t think people will want to keep clicking on the projects page to go back to the original page needs to be just a basic shadowbox if you know what I mean….. LOVE IT though. Also wonder if it’s possible on the main menu to have icons to facebook, twitter etc.
Thanks for the suggestion. That wouldn’t be hard to do with the theme since it has a built-in lightbox. Just a few lines of modification – I’d be happy to talk you through it.
It’s also possible to add icons underneath the main menu as well. However, you’d need to make a small modification to the theme as well.
Any additional questions/comments, just let me know. Thanks!
Always awesome works 2WF, GLWS mate!
Thanks Peter! I appreciate it man!
quick question… can this also accept embedded videos and videos on vimeo?
Thanks for purchasing! I really appreciate it!
Just Youtube support at the moment. Vimeo should be coming in a future update.
Any other questions, just let me know.
Nice work! Good luck with sales.
Hi there! Firstly, I’d like to congratulate you for developing this theme, it is awesome! However, I have 02 questions:
Once you click on a portfolio item, a page opens up with a full screen image of that item. If you click on “More Info” it’ll show the item’s details, right? My 1st question: Is there a way to make the “More info” option, actually the default one? I mean.. Instead of having to click on it to open up, by default it’d be automatically opened once the page is loaded.
2 question: What if the images I wanna use for the portfolio are like.. 300×300px? (I wanna use the portfolio to show products, not photos)... Will it still look fine?
Thanks so much for your interest.
Yep, it’s possible to have the item details shown by default. However, you’d have to change a tiny bit of jQuery. I’d be happy to talk you through that though, if you’d like.
Smaller images may look a little pixelated on large screens once their enlarged. However, if you have a simple photo-editing program, you can place the images on a black or white background and center them to keep them smaller. Maybe something kinda like this: http://www.studioairport.nl/project/krant%20naar%20boek?
Let me know if you have any other questions or need further clarification.
Looks fabulous. Please advise me the largest size dimensions for the photos in the homepage slideshow.
There’s no limit (other than the wordpress file size upload limit) to how large the images can be. The theme automatically scales and optimizes them to make sure they load nice and quick.
Is it possible to remove the overlaying grid that appears on all images? Makes everything look like a canvas otherwise
Yep! Absolutely! You can do that with one line of custom css in the options panel. I’d be happy to assist you with that if you’d like.
Let me know if you have any other questions or need further clarification!
Must admit, I’ve been looking for a long long time for a theme just like this! It’s almost perfect, just a few things I would change / add which have already been mentioned here.
1. When viewing a image from projects, I think if you were to move the ”+ – More Info” button further down and have a similar button above it with a left arrow icon and the text saying “Back to Projects”, that would solve the issue of having to reclick the projects button on the sidebar menu.
2. Having social media buttons on the sidebar menu would be a big plus. maybe have them just below the sidebar links or just above the slideshow controls. Use the same social media logos as you use to share a blog post in the blog section, they’re simple but effective.
3. Having the ability to remove the grid overlay too would be nice. I do like it, but it would be nice to have the option to remove it.
If you were to make these changes, I’d happily buy this theme in a heartbeat. In fact, if you are willing to make these changes in the next update I’ll buy it now and get started on redeveloping my site
Top work on this Andre!!
Thanks so much for your interest!
1) It wouldn’t be too difficult to add that button to the theme if you wanted to. I’d be happy to talk you through that customization if you’d like. I’ll keep it in mind for a future update.
2) I like the idea. I’ll see if I can get them in there in the next update. The current icons are just a function, so it would be as easy as pasting something into the header.php to get them to show up there.
3) That’s super easy. Just add one line to the custom css box and your golden!
Looks nice! Will probalby buy it, but need to know one thing.
Is it only possible to use it with youtube-videos? Can I change that to add perhaps .swf files and such?
Only Youtube videos at the moment. I will be adding vimeo and embedded video support in a future update, but no plans for just straight-up swf files (they’re hard to mobile-optimize).
Bought it anyway since I figured out a way to solve my problem.
However, I run into another problem when I saw how you handled the slides in in “single-portfolio.php”.
I need to fetch the meta from the thumbnails and display the info using the supersized “title”-field.
Saw you had something uncommented in the functions about that, but couldn’t figure it out really.
Thanks for purchasing my theme! I really appreciate it!

Wonderful work, wish you the best with sales
One question, is it possible to have a fullscreen image slideshow backgrounds on each page?
Not out of the box, no. You’d have to make some modifications to the theme to get that to work.
Let me know if you have any questions or need further clarification.
I notice on the live preview that between clicks, the font in the menu reverts to the default font, albeit for a second. Is it possible to stop this?
Amazing support by the way.
I assume you’re seeing this in firefox, correct? That happens as a result of how Firefox loads google fonts and stylesheets. Firefox is guilty of “FOUT” (flash of unstyled text) and you will always get the flash when loading google fonts (even if they are cached).
A few ways around this is to use a system font (like arial, georgia, verdana) instead of a google font option. An alternate solution is to hide the content and load it after the page loads:
The caveat there is the page will not be visible for a maximum of three seconds. Of course, the easy answer is to just have firefox fix their browser!
First of all, I really love your theme, good job!
I don’t master Wordpress very well and im about to purchase but i have 2 questions :
- On the project page, do you think it will be easy to install a lightbox like fancybox or prettyphoto for instance instead of having a redirection on an other page when you click on an image?
- Is it possible to enable comments on a fullwidth page? I would like to make something kinda testimonial page..
-Yes, you can have a prettyphoto popup on the projects page. You’ll need to make some small modifications to the theme, but I’d be happy to talk you through it. The theme already comes with prettyphoto, so there’s no need to install anything extra.
-Not out of the box, but that’s an even easier customization. You’ll just need to add one line of code to that template file. I’d be happy to assist you with that as well.
Awesome theme! Well Done!
