Hi Pixelpascal.

The slider positioning was achieved by setting the images as the background of a div, That way all fits the way it should even on mobile devices.

Because of the extreme sizes involved in the sliders, the height of the images stays the same, otherwise you’ll have to make other changes for a width that changes almost 4 times in size.

So can we say that this way is better than responsive?

I am trying to make a slider that is fullscreen on each device. So i did make a image of 1920px width for the big screens of course. But on a iPad this slide is scaled since i made it responsive. And the sublayers are getting very tiny… I am using the layer slider plugin from Kreatura. Great slider but i don’t understand the reponsive of it!

How big is the slide backround of your slider on the demopage? And may i ask you how to do this with a div like you said?

Hi there

This is responsive. responsive doesn’t mean keep perspective, and it’s difficult to say without taking a look at the project. to see what’s correct.

The basic premise is to take a outer div and in that have a div that’s stretched 100% high and 100% wide with the images as a background and positioned center top.

in that again a div that handles the content that is displayed and is positioned relative to the outer.

with the configuration the size of the image doesn’t really matter.

Wow This one’s got me baffled, i chacked and rechacked in sdafari 5 and 6 in os and windows and i’m not seeing theis.

Can you try and visit the site without the Themeforest iframe, maybe it’s the iframe that throws things off

1. The WordPress standard background uploader is included for you to add your own background.

the images on the pages works on the basis that there’s a default image uploaded by you, and then you can override the header image in any page, single post or single articel as we did with the team page, contact page and events page.

The components of the css is divided into a few sections:

1. foundation responsive code ( all the code that’s dangerous to edit)

2. site.css (general stylesheet for editing of general components)

3. colors stylesheet, containing all the color elements for editing.

If you use a google adsense plugin you’ll be able to add adsense ot any widget.

The theme is compatible with seo plugins.

5. The theme supports unlimited sidebars, and you can create a sidebar that you can either reuse for a lot of pages, or use once for a specific page.

We’ve just complete the new framework and are starting with integration of updates in respect of facebook, mailchimp, foursquare, yelp and various api’s but do not have a date for delivery as yet.
