Black Eve - Wordpress Version

Don’t buy, there is no support! Doesn’t work properly in the WP 3 .2+

i am not able to add menu’s to my home page, when i click on the Add link in the Black eve theme Options, i get this “javascript:void(null)” ..... due to this issue i cant seem to navigate to another page apart from my home page. At first i thought it was my browser but i have tried this in Internet Explorer 8, firefox 7 and Safari, still the same.

Please let me know if there is something i have to do.

I have a problem with the gallery
if I enter a gallery this happens

in the portfolio section, when I click on one of the elements the picture/video doesn’t open using prettyPhoto, it opens the plain image or redirects to youtube. Why is this?

After a brand new Wordpress instllation I’m following the manual instructions, so I didn’t change any other option of the configuration.

If I use the demo template here in themeforest, it works as expected.

I purchased the template but cufon texts doesn’t work on IE9 !! Just try the demo in IE9 (compatibility view disabled): http://themeforest.net/item/black-eve-wordpress-version/discussion/93185 How can I solve this issue? If I can’t solve this I’ll ask for a refund. Thanks
