I want to buy but am concerned not having fallback for flash on Ipad/Iphone considering these are MASSIVE !! Any idea when you might be able to work on a fallback? Only thing stopping me right now as I’m sure would be the case for many

I agree with madaboutmedia. I am super interested in purchasing this site, however definitely need something that is ipad/iphone friendly. Any idea on when the html5 update will be available? I will be looking to purchase this theme within the next week. Also, is it possible to add an area for text content to the home page below the video?

is it possible to add a custom header, or maybe a custom site name – png file created in photoshop?
also, is there a way to “force” the footer to stay on the bottom, or to keep a certain distance even if content isn’t available?

The Header uses a PNG image for the transparency (blacklabel/images/black_bck.png). You can replace that for another one less or more transparent

Yes thumbnails are generated automatically, but there is not albums. But you can create all the galleries you want

Purchased the theme. Really cool stuff. One question about video and wordpress with this theme. What types of files are supported or best practice for use with the video background. Also, I am trying to upload to site using FTP but it doesnt seem to want to find them when I do.

Yes, try to upload only the folder called “blacklabel”. See the Documentation this is explained there
