For the portfolio with 3 Columns, the images are 260×160px You can change that if you want but that’s the original size.

I dropped the jwplayer in the root folder of the theme, but when I refresh my site, I still don’t see any video happening.

I’m going through your setup docs and the section on the map says to: Go to http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html and sign up for a key, once you have the key go to your Theme Admin Panel and paste it here.
When you go to google to get the api key it says: The API keys generated by this page are no longer available. Please see the relevant section below for the API you are using.
At this point there are a bunch of options: Google Maps JavaScript API v3 – no key needed Google Earth API – no key needed Google Maps JavaScript API v2 – you can get a key but they want you to use v3 instead as of May 19, 2010. Google Maps API for Flash – New keys are no longer available for the Maps API for Flash
What version of the google maps api are you using?
It uses version 3. You don’t need a key anymore, I will make it clear in the neaxt update.
I would like to request that this theme have a Mobile version added for smartphones and tablets.
I removed the black_bck.png image from the theme in hope to remove only the background for the header. Unfortunately all backgrounds were removed when doing this. Is there a way to only remove the header background?
I want the header bckround to be completely transparent but still keep the background in the pages if you know what I mean.

Ohh looks like you are using an old version of Black Label. You can re-download the Theme again and the update.
Try installing the new update on a separate folder so you can go back if something went wrong.

GREAT looking theme. I have a few questions before purchasing.
From my research, this them is neither responsive or has a mobile version? Is this correct.
Am I able to create a basic two coloumn page – are there blank templates included.
With the filtering in the gallery – am I able to add a level of sub-filtering?
ie: 1. photos 2. paintings 3. movies 3.1 horror 3.2 comedy 3.3 action etc…

1. That’s correct. It is not responsive but works pretty well on mobile devices. And I’m working in a full responsive update for Black Label, I hope to launch it soon.
2. Yes, of course you can create regular blank page.

just installed the theme but Im having trouble with the media uploader.
I have changed permission on my cache and cache/images folders however the media uploader is opening in its own page not in the usual modal/fancybox window.
There also seems to be a few JS errors.
Have you had this problem before?

All this in the Back End, right? I think it is a problem with the WordPress isntall, not the Theme. Do you have any plugin enable?
I purchased this theme before your latest update and am having issues with it. It was uploaded correctly through wordpress via hostmonster servers. I am newer to themeforest, Do I have to purchase it again to get the updates and remove bugs?
You don’t have to purchase ir again. All updates are free, you can download it again from your Download sections here in Theme Forest.

Please, I need some help installing the Black Label theme. I bought it yesterday but I can’t activate it. In the wp admin theme’s page it says that the installation is incomplete, there’s a file missing. It’s in portuguese, so I don’t know what to call this file in english, but it’s something like “style sheet” or “model sheet”. Could anyone help me?
