I’m also getting an “An error has been occurred while sending message.” when I try send an email from the contact page. Tried several email accounts.

This error usually happens because of server configuration, try to double check them and make sure they are set correctly.

I have checked, everything is listed correctly. Are there any other suggestions I have tried several email accounts to test. None work.

Sometimes its firewall problesm as well. If you have shell access try to use your settings inside a mail client like Mozilla Thunderbird. You could also use another contact widget and see if its working.

It’s fine on all other pages, only the pages I have “full width page” selected. Not sure how to fix it, could I have removed something I shouldn’t have when I was disabling the comments box??

twitter widget works well on most servers and have issues on others, I suggest you to use another twitter widget if possible.

Is it possible to link more than one image to the pretty photo pop up on the portfolio page? I want to eliminate the portfolio item pages and just have a carousel popup from the main portfolio page when an image is clicked.

From a portfolio item page I insert a gallery using add media from wordpress. Can you provide steps to edit prettyphoto to have navigation arrows to link those images together? I just want the gallery I insert to be about to be carousel through. Just let me know what PHP file needs editing.

You have to edit “theme-portfolio-meta-form.php” and “theme-portfolio-meta.php” located inside “lib” folder for adding additional upload fields. also you have to edit “single-portfolio.php” file and look for following lines:

for($i=1; $i <= 10; $i++)
    PortfolioSlide('portfolio_image_'.$i);

change 10 to number of your portfolio items

The footer isn’t displaying on the ‘full width page’. I have checked that:

Is there an alternate way of communicating with you? I am really hoping we can get this twitter widget to work properly. I have tried your suggested fix and it did not work. I am also unsure how to format the blog page. I cannot launch this site until the twitter widget is resolved. I am working with a programmer who can create a workaround for the blog page issue but this twitter widget is a mystery to us.

A solution ASAP would be great! If this is not fixable, is it possible to receive a refund? I purchased about 2 weeks ago and cannot continue to deal with this problem.

Sometimes Twitter temporary blocks your account/IP. It may be because of too many requests sent to twitter service from same account/IP. Our widget uses a caching mechanism to prevent sending frequent requests to twitter API but your account/IP may be blocked before using the widget.

You may have to send a request to twitter to whitelist your account/IP. or wait for few days and see if its un-blocked automatically.

After updating I have lost the ability to add pictures or video to any slides. The slide image/video option is gone.

I have been to the FAQ section and done what it says to remove “comment are closed for this article” and it is still displaying it.

When I insert a gallery on a portfolio item page I want those images to be linked together with next arrows via prettyphoto plugin, by default they are individual pop ups. I cannot figure out how to edit the plugin to allow this. Please provide me with some steps on what needs to be done.

I’m unable to switch to the visual editor inside a page or a post. It defaults to Text, and I keep clicking on Visual but to no avail.

Hi, I enjoy the theme very much. I need a little help to implement the captch in the ‘widget-contact.php’ which is in lib folder. Currently it is a simple 3 field form. once submit it goes for validation in admin-ajax.php.

Please help me to implement the captch features in contact form.

Hi

“admin-ajax.php” takes ajax form inputs and redirects them to “contact.php” file which handles validation and sending email. You need to add additional html elements to contact widget for captcha presentation and adding validation logic inside “contact.php” file. Also you may need to edit “custom.js” file as well (it handles generation of the ajax request).
