Dream-Theme you said above that black sakura was compatible with wordpress 3.5.1 unfortunatly i seem to be receiving errors pertaining to wp-content\themes\sakura\functions.php in localhost when adding posts and or pages i wanted to test before placing on a live site as its not listed as compatible with 3.5.1 will test in live site and re comment on my findings and if issue continues

Thank you for the fast reply Dream-Theme just to confirm the theme works wonderfully on live site it was a localhost issue spent the morning cussing out wordpress for distroying such an awesome theme before discovering it was my own dumbness
if( !isset($tumblog_id->term_id) ) { $tumblog_id->term_id = null; }fixes the debug issue showing on every post and or page has something been added , changed or removed from the wordpress 3.5.1 version? i really liked this theme on other versions when used and was looking forward to making use of it once again in a new site
