Blakesley - Premium Business & Portfolio wordpress

The wysiwyg visual editor button options just disappeared on me. They reappear when I deactivate the theme. What could be the problem?

I Opened it using internet explorer 9, i mean the preview…

the slideshow didn’t load with me is it compatible with IE 9 ?

Can I remove the slider from the frontpage? I’ve asked about this and getting the run around about customizing this and that I just want to know where to comment out the slide at the top in the code or substitute slider with an image of the size I choose I’m looking at these comments and it seems this is not possible… Notice my purchased badge there!

Does this theme use Timthumb? I know timthumb has many vulnerabilities and want to make sure if this theme does use it, I’m not using this theme.

Stil have permalink issues it says page not found.. wordpress has been updated to the latest version but still doesn’t fix the problem.. what should i do? anyone help please..

I cannot access your support forum, even though I have tried logging in several times. Please can someone contact me with a direction on what to do. I am a newbie to wordpress and bought this theme because everyone commented on how good it is. I cant upload to wordpress and I am about to scream now as I have tried doing this all day long. It is possibly something simple but I need help!!

Hello please can you access my ftp and wp admin to fix the broken website. The following are the issues

1) the nivo slider doesnt work 2) the testimonials page box doesnt show on home page 3) the bottom and middle sidebars are broken 4) there are broken links within the post, showing error 404 messages

Please I need to launch this website on before friday 23rd september. Please fix this for me or I have no choice but to use another theme and may have to request a refund, and I dont want to do that because I love the theme and you have been very helpful. please assist again.

Please cna you provide me an update? I need to know what to do with this theme. If I have to delete and reinstall., I need to know due to the timelines I have. I dont want to sound like a nag, but can you at least let me know what is going on? I checked all day yesterday since you said you were ” working on it, ” but still there are no changes? Or maybe there are- and I cant see it? I can only know what is going on if you keep me in the loop.

Site is still not fixed. Some shortcodes arent working when I compose a post for my blog. Could you possibly reinstall this site again?I dont mind doing the work to bring it back to where it was, but I cant launch site the way it looks now. It isnt even showing properly on ie8.

Please how do I go about asking for a refund? I cannot work on the website at all. None of the short codes are working. The slider isnt working, the testimonials isnt working. I have only one day to download and customise another theme for my website launch on Friday. If i did not have to launch on Friday, I would have waited for you to fix this, but I am pressed for time and need to purchase another theme ASAP .

So, do I go through Themeforest for a refund or how do I get a refund?

Where/how can i see which version of timthumb i’m using? I’ve been “trojanized” too many times and am considering another theme. :/
