Pre-sale questions:

1. Am I able to break each page into 4 columns? I’m seeing it in the demo under ‘Pages’ -> ‘Shortcodes’, but it goes up to 3 columns only.

2. Am I able to add a Image Slider? If the theme doesn’t come with such a function, is it compatible with plugins like NextGEN Gallery plugin?

3. Am I able to add icons like the ‘Progress bar’, but icons with links to other pages instead?

Thanks! Alvin

Unfortunately, from my theme you can not create such an element like your image. :( However, I think you can use some image this case instead of an icon.

Is it possible for me to make a section of a page into columns to put the images in?

Sure. You can divide your page into columns and put images. :)

Hello there!

I bought your theme (1.8 version) and it looks great and very customizable. Most of plugins work very well. But I’ve been dealing with some problems:

1) Why I can’t get a proper sticky header? I have the on tab on the theme options panel. But now it’s not working, I mean the header it’s not at the top.

2) How can I center the post titles on the main/home page?

3) I have no idea how to put the same social icons displayed on a single post page, but right below the content of a post in the homepage. Is there a way to do it, please?

4) I tried it, but jetpack plugin doesn’t work (fatal exception).

Thank you.

Thanks. Everything works perfectly now. But teo more things:

1) I sent you a private message with my admin data and my password if you like to check the compatibility with Jetpack plugin in my dashboard.

2) I could put an image on the background, but there are two blank spaces remaining on top lef and right when I scroll the sticky header. And also the image doesn’t fill the arrow pointing to the sidebar.

I attach an image: https://38.media.tumblr.com/7479ca04b3e5a787dfa180aebc290f98/tumblr_nhnr9nLa5O1s5bgbgo1_1280.jpg

The internet speed in my country is really slowww these days due to Internet cable cut so I can not access your site right now. Sorry for this inconvenience. I’ll help you to fix ASAP.

Hello guys. I have a simple question: I’m trying to change the footer logo link without any success:

from this:

 <a href="<?php echo esc_url( home_url() );?>" rel="home"><img src="<?php echo esc_url( $smof_data['footer-logo'] );?>" /></a>

to this:

<a href="http://laestaciontacoronte.es"><img src="<?php echo esc_url( $smof_data['footer-logo'] );?>" /></a>

I’m doing something wrong?

thank you!

I detected that your site was using this plugin. I think it’s the reason. :)

oh boy, sorry.

Now I find the solution. I was create a child theme with Orbisius Theme Creator. I was go there and edit the footer file. Now everything works!

thank you for you patience.

You’re welcome! :) Just enjoy the item & support.

Congrats & BR.

Hi, I bought this theme in November 2014. I love it but didn’t have time to start working over my blog. Yesterday I got back to it and since then I’ve been struggling with a blog site – I see no posts. If I enable ‘static page’ I see my menu and that’s all, when I change it to ‘blog site’ – it’s all blank. No idea how to sort it out. Could you please give me a hand?

Wow! Congratulations! ;)

Antoher problem (I feel really unlucky :) ) – now I cannot access my admin panel, tried to fix it, but with no results. Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_theme_data() in /home/olka/domains/romaniaczka.pl/public_html/wp-admin/index.php on line 45. I will keep on trying to sort it out myself, but if you can have a look after you’ll have come back, I’ll do appreciate it :)

Hello. Please double check again, I can access your site & your admin normally :)

Pre-sale question:

I was just wondering if it would be possible to make the sidebar sticky (like permanently there on every page) rather than having to activate it by clicking on it. If so I really think I’m going to buy this theme, it looks great!

Do you mean it’s like this: http://blank.withemes.com/?demo=2

I purchased the Blank Theme yesterday. I really liked the site layouts (boxed, sticky header, etc.) and the post types in the live preview. However, when I installed the theme, I only have a single page with none of the templates in the live preview. Is there a way that I can install the live preview on my site and then turn off layouts and pages I don’t want, while modifying the pages that I do want?

Thank you!

Hi Cuong Tran!

I think I’m almost there. :) I wanted to use the Boxed Layout, because I really like the photo border on either side. But when I look for it in the site content (back end), I can’t find it. And I think I must be doing something wrong, because when I look for it on the front end, I can see it, but when I click the link I go to this page:

I really wanted to use the Boxed Layout as the basis for my site, and I figured I could modify some of the existing pages using Visual Composer.

Please help!

Thank you :)

Hi Daniel

Please go to Appearance > Theme Options > Style to select boxed layout. However, I don’t assure the compatibility between my item & Visual Composer.

Cheers, Cuong Tran

Cool! I understand.

Hi! Thanks for nice theme. I want to ask how can I change spacing in main navigation menu, it is too wide for me but I see no options for it. Is it CSS trick?

Hi. Could you please show me your site?

Why do you put so many menu items instead of organizing them into submenus?

Sure, it is not done yet, www.arialigi.com

Hi. I think this code should help. Please add this code to Theme Options > General > Custom CSS:

#mainnav .menu > ul > li > a {height:30px;line-height:30px;}

Dear Cuong Tran,

I’ve translated the theme as you described in the documentation – but where can I find “You may also like”? This is not included in the po-file. I would like to translate this line too.

In the footer of the current version the html line-breaks don’t work anymore – all text is in one line. Do you know how to fix this?

Thank you and kind regards, Stefan
