Lastly, I don’t know if you are trying to use Blogify theme with WordPress 4.0 but we didn’t release any update after WordPress 3.8, also as written on the item page.
so when will the update be realised for 4.0 ?
Unfortunately we don’t have any intention about releasing an update for WordPress 4.0. But we will consider that.

Just purchased your blogify theme and it is blank upon install and Im not sure whats going on. Ive registered on your new support forum but you don’t have an option for to log a support ticket for blogify and your old support forum no longer supports creating new accounts, hence me posting here. Id like to sort this out soon so let me know what needs to happen next, thanks
