Hi there – how do I set the image that appears in the top right of the homepage? (In your example page, it’s the woman with flowers.)

Thanks!

Hello,

For changing the picture in the top right of the homepage (girl with flowers) in the WordPress admin area there’s an option under “Theme Options” called “About the blog – picture upload”. You can upload a photo there.

For the other elements on the bar, you can unfortunately only remove them (by not filling in the options in the Theme Settings fields). You can not add other elements trough the admin section. If you want to add other elements there you’ll have to edit the code directly.

Thank you. Which section of the code would I need to edit? In the header section I can’t seem to find any references to height or width.

Also, is there a line in the code I can modify to change how it previews each post? I’d like to stop it from truncating at the default length and instead use the normal wordpress behavior where it goes until the “read more” tag…

Thanks so much!

Hi,

To display the full contents of the post open index.php from the theme folder in your wordpress installation and find the_excerpt(). Replace that with the_content(). – this affects the index page equivalent from our demo. For the other stuff, you’ll find the html elements in the ‘header.php’ file. Play with them as you will.

Hi great theme, I wanted to know if you have a sidebar option for displaying the articles or on any page. I like full width display but would like to add a sidebar if possible.

Thank you,

Hi, glad you like the theme. The footer is the only widgetized area though.

When using contact form 7 with your theme all of the fields are uppercase. I cannot find a text-transform in style.css. How do I make it so that the text is not in all uppercase. For http://santeayitia.com/.

Thank you.

Hello. Sorry for the late reply. In our demo (and stylesheet) there is no text-transform:uppercase property on the fields – they are lowercase. In your example they are lowercase as well – I’m confused. (We use contact form 7 and have no styling for uppercase inputs, except on the submit type input). It may be that other stylesheets you use cross over into it, and take priority.
