Hello,

very beautiful theme! I have two problems right now and hope that you can help me.

1. I can´t insert a gallery in a post. I know that i can choose a gallery post type but i want to insert a gallery inside the post and not only in the header.

2. I have a problem with my shortcodes. I installed a portfolio plugin and inserted the shortcode in a full width page. But now every entry is marked as a list, there´s a arrow besides it. How can i fix this?

Thank you really much!

Hi,

1) In the theme options on the styling tab, you should see an option to add custom css, if you add this:

.entry .gallery { display: block!important; }

then that should show the default WordPress gallery in the posts.

2) This is because the portfolio plugin is using an unordered list (bullet points) and therefore it will use the styling from the theme, you need to go back to the plugin creator and ask them how to hide background images from the unordered lists as they’ll know what css you need to add to do it (which you can add to the same place as above), I don’t know what they’ve named the classes in their plugin so I cant help you with that I’m afraid.

Cheers

Thank you really much for your help!

Is there a “light” version to this theme, by chance? It’s very nice, and I was just wondering about that option.

Can the background be changed at all? To another color, or to a pattern?

Hi, yes you have some control over the colours through the theme options: http://themeforest.net/theme_previews/5187314-blogtime-blogging-and-portfolio-wordpress-theme?index=3&url_name=blogtime-blogging-and-portfolio-wordpress-theme you might need to add some CSS though if you use a light colour, because links etc. are white in the widgets.

Hey Simon. I have have been using your team for a long time now and I still enjoy it. I was wondering if you could help me make a little change to it. When I display a picture in a widget area it is faded and will only light up when I hover over it. Anyway to disable this?

Thanks Sebastian

Hi, if you add this to the custom css option then that will disable that issue:

sidebar .widget a { opacity: 1; }

Cheers
