I posted on the support site however no one has replied and it’s been almost 24hours?

I have a fairly critical issue.

New db New install of 3.5.1 Fresh install of Bloom (re-downloaded etc…) Imported demo content

The problem which occurs whenever I click on a project (where normally it would expand / open) it says : an error occured while trying to connect with the server. Click OK to try again.

Please advise, client is getting angry.

Using the inspector in chrome i’m able to find this:

first error – It should be js\wp-load.php right? second error – wp-load.php isn’t in the ../js/ in the fresh install of wp-bloom

is there a way to make the bg pattern i have uploaded static so when the user scrolls the bg stays static? also is the a way to have the social icon drop down at the top appear by default so they are visible when u land on the site??

Yes it’s possible to make the bg static, simply open the header.php file and on line 302 paste the follow code.

Thank you very much for this nice template. I have few problems I faced with managing the template (smartwayconsulting.co.uk/newsite)

Website background: bg_light.jpg I can’t see how this can be set in my system?

H1 and H2 tags: there seems to be a problem geting the write font size both are set to 12px even thought at the backend are set to 26px 14px respectively. (for example check the first line of text just on top of the slider)

First of all, congratulations on the theme, very nice indeed.

I have seemed to notice some issues, and managed to solve most of them. But as friend hamza123 posted earlier, the googlemap shortcode is presenting a bug. When the map is clicked, the lightbox that appears shows nothing.

I’ll not create another topic in the forum, since its already there. Just waiting for the solution.

It looks to me like the support team lacks some sense of urgency! posting my issue for more than a week and no one bother to really reply with a fix to the problem that many of the customers are having!

Dear Support,

I have a few problems with this theme.

1. For the filterable section of the portfolio, when I reduce the height of the div class projectCategories, when I use the filter function the thumbnails now travel upwards and THEN downwards…how can I fix this?

2. My portfoilio shows up as 3 columns instead of 4, it looks like the 4th one is squeezed downwards.

Hi, I have a question before buying the theme. On the PORTFOLIO WITH OVERLAY GALLERY – can I make the “grayed out – dissabled” thumbnails disappear like in the “PORTFOLIO WITH MORE INFO SLIDE EFFECT”?

Also, I see from some of the comments that the support doesnt always answer as fast as people would want. what are your working hours and what is your “replying policy?

We have improved a lot our support and we now have a support team to work exclusively in support of the themes. The Support requests are being processed on business days from 14:00 to 19:00 (GMT +1) within 24/48h in the order they were received.

Hello everyone, I have a big problem: My menu doesn’t display.

I have all demo content loaded, I have added the pages to the page builder, and I have tried with and without custom wordpress menus, but I can’t get it to show up.
