I’m having trouble accessing any gallery or portfolio related items on your mobile live preview with my Android. Although they DO load when I turn off the mobile browsing. Thoughts?

Loving the theme, but I have noticed a few things on the responsive side. On my iPad and iPhone, when looking at the demo vertically, the portfolio thumbnail images seem to slightly condense, rather than resize proportionately. Also the side borders seem pretty tight (where as when viewed horizontally on the iPad, the margins losens up quite a bit).
Don’t know if these minor issues can be fixed…. But if they can, this theme will be darn near perfect!

The theme uses the Skeleton for the responsive effect. We tried to adapt the theme for all the possible devices, but we cant do it for each one individually.
You can use the Skeleton css to adjust the site to a specific device. If you need more help please use our support page (support.designarethemes.com)

Thanks for the response! That makes sense—and it’s no big deal. That said, I’m also noticing that on the iPad, the global navigation isn’t always operational. Sometimes the links don’t fully function…and I also noticed in the demo, that after I went to the blog and came back, the top bar disappeared for a while. It does seem to work most of the time… But you may want to look into that if you get a chance.

Hi, I would love to purchase the theme, but I worry about the ‘translation ready’ part. I have had too many bad experiences with templates that claim to be translation ready. Can you tell me how your translation system works please? Thank you very much

The theme have a section on the admin panel with a lot of tags where you can translate (blogs, comments, search).
Further the theme also have a .po file where you can translate all the theme texts. All information is in the theme documentation.

The theme is one page style (with blog page separated). You can create lot of pages but they will be sections in the main page.

What if I decide to create pages separated by menu items? So, I leave the main page content on page then create another page – say Services and put a link through the main/header menu?
Also, with your support forum, is it community dependent support or you look into topics and provide support yourself? I have bought themes in past thinking that the support forum would do wonders and in the end I found out it was buyers’ like myself dependent and there was hardly anyone on the forum and author was asleep under the desk.
The wordpress default menu system is not active. The Bloom uses is own menu system based on the “pages” you want to show (using a very intuitive widget system).
Our forum is our main support system, so is where we give all the answers that people need. But of course we count with the help of the community.
....and another one – can we add video to the slider? And if if yes, would the animation stay once the video is playing?
For now no. You only can use images.

Hi there, I bought the Bloom theme on May 26 via tf, installed according to instruction. Website displays loading icon only, no content. I searched Designare support forum and found the description of an identical incident, posted by another user. I followed the instruction to re-install wordpress. Deleted database, deleted all wordpress files from server, re-installed wordpress, installed bloom theme via install function in wp dashboard: still loading icon only, no content visible when trying to see website. I didn’t touch anything in wp, apart from installing bloom theme. Then I tried to register at Designare’s support forum using my license key. Licence key was reckognized as valid, when entering user name and email to sign up I received the error message “invalid key-please don’t cheat”. As I can’t sign up I can not provide access data to my admin dashboard via support forum, please advise as to further procedure, thanks

new version fixed the problem I described above, content is now visible.
New issue: In Firefox (12.0) the Flex slider is displayed as aligned to the far right, all other content is aligned left; IE and Safari will display the flex slider aligned correctly – any suggestions? And I still can’t sign up to the support site…
another question: the my pages custom widget is only showing 3 of my nearly 15 pages to choose from – how can I fix that please?
wow – this theme is banana software – riping at the customers – i don’t know how the envato network could pass this unfinished buggy piece of code through their controls.
this theme looks good on the outside but the inside (code, admin) is far from being finished.
this is the very first item i bought on envato that annoys me so much I would want my money back.
my recommendation: DON ’T BUY THIS THEME if you are considering too. Let them work on it first another 3 months and then hopefully it is worth its money.

The how to guide that came with my copy of Bloom was for Walker. Do you have a how to guide specifically for Bloom. I can’t figure out how to make the Walker guide work with the Bloom interface. Very confusing. Please advise ASAP .
