I purchased the Bloom theme. I went to your support forum and added a valid code. When I try to register, it says my validation code is not valid.
Please help.

Poor code in many aspects. Not very flexible. Does use wordpress’ gallery or featured images. This will give me a lot of work..
I think I’ll start making some themes of my own…

How do I change the speed of the testimonial rotator? Its a little fast for readers to read it. I am guessing this would be done in the javascript so I just need a little direction to which JS file I need to be looking in and what line the code is on would be great! Thanks!

In the bloom.js you need to substitute the code in the lines 142-149 with the following code.
$(’#testimonials2’) .before(‘ ‘) .cycle({ fx: ‘scrollLeft’, // choose your transition type, ex: fade, scrollUp, scrollRight, shuffle pager: ’#navT’, fit: 1, width: ‘100%’, speed: 1000 });
The speed attribute is set in milliseconds. Regarding your other issues please register in our forum [support.designarethemes.com] and open an issue on this topics.

Will there be an update that supports Wordpress 3.4? Also, one minor suggestion. It would be nice to have a basic html page show up for IE6 and IE7 users explaining that the site is not supported in those versions a and provide a link to the microsoft page for them to update their browser. That would provide a much nicer user experience than the page just not loading. =)
Anyone else having issues with jetpack and chrome? I am running OSX Mountain Lion, Google Chrome Version 21.0.1180.57, and Wordpress 3.3.2 . I have had multiple users report not being able to see my blog. In testing I have only found this issue caused when I have Jetpack activated and authorized and I have only experienced issues in Chrome. Any clue as to what would be causing conflict with jetpack? The site loads the the header and background and then hangs.

Is it possible to remove the stitching detail on the gray borders, so that the boxes are just the different shades of gray to delineate the different sections?

Using the admin panel you can’t change this, but you can edit this image by using the psd file that goes along with the theme.

Greetings, first instle wordpress, then buy the theme Bloom, install the theme Bloom .. now only see the menu by default, not that I’m creating, install some plugins? do not install any. The slider so i had to use through widgets. As i can load the theme with default settings? I followed your youtube video to load files “demo” but I can not see any.

The documentation should be a section to indicate the minimum requirements (as plugins or other settings to see the workforce after an installation), plus a guide on how to load the default settings. The instructions are fine, but also help videos need to consider issues minimus and presets. I need to help me solve my problem as navigation menu to see the other pages, I need to know if I have to install some plugins because it does not use any.
