Point # 2 is already solved. Removing the vertical lines that are on both sides. I solved this way: Blue Diamond -> Page Style -> Enable Boxed Style: OFF. Just missing the point # 1.

Hello, is there a youtube video tutorial on how to quickly setup the Blue Diamond Theme?
The documentation is quite long and is a bit too much to chew for me, I’m a photographer and no coding or design expert, and I just want to quickly setup my portfolio section with image galleries and a contact page so the clients could find me.

I‘m thinking of buying your theme for a school website, but would like to clarify two things. Is there a possibility to sort or divide staff/team-members on the Personnel-page based on different „categories“ (teachers, staff …) or include a sort-functionality like the portfolio jQuery-filterer pages offers? Different (sub-)pages for each category would be also possible.
I thought of using the portfolio post type instead, but prefer the styling and backend functionality associated with the personnel-post-type that is already build in.

First of all very nice and great theme. I saw all theme’s on Themeforest but the only one that fits for me was the Blue Diamond theme. Well so far so good. My question is if it is a problem building the website in a subdoirectory first? (To keep the old html site alive an kicking) Later on i will put all the stuff in the root. I heard some theme’s will have a problem with this? I’m just asking because my website contains up to 800 links and counting. Maybe a stupid question but i want to be sure of it! Cheers!!!

Hello amazing theme you have made here, I just have one or two fairly simple questions before I buy it. Firstly, when you search in the search on the home page you get pages and blog posts with a small date beside them, would it be possible to change this so that there is no date of if it could say something else (e.g. somebodies name?
And secondly, is there a way in which I could have a picture on the homepage just like the ‘last from portfolio’ pictures leading to portfolio pages but instead with pictures linking to pages?

2.) yes, on each portfolio thumbnail, you can set the specific url for it to link to
