Just open your index.php file and go to line 193:
austDay = new Date(austDay.getFullYear() + 1, 1 - 1, 26);
The Year is set to 2014 (austDay,getFullYear() + 1) // If you want your year to be 2013 just leave austDay,getFullYear()
So for example, if your date is November 15th, 2013
your code will look like this:
austDay = new Date(austDay.getFullYear(), 11 - 1, 15);
