When installing woocommerce and try to load website i get this error 404 Not Found.

Aslo i get this on backend: “Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support – if you encounter layout issues please read our integration guide or choose a WooCommerce theme :)”

Any idea?

What the different between this 2 ?

I have ask this question in your customer support at http://support.wearepixel8.com. already . But all you say is Please see your User Guide for detailed installation instructions. If you have any questions about these instruction, please feel free to ask.

Also i read page 5 as you told me to read under the heading How to Install but it doesn’t mention about which zip files to be install first.

Here I have extract this zip files ( themeforest-4126474-bolsa-a-responsive-wordpress-ecommerce-theme.zip ) and put this in my wampserver and i got this message :

Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support – if you encounter layout issues please read our integration guide or choose a WooCommerce theme :)

Also I try to import ( bolsawoocommerce.wordpress.2013-03-05.xml ) What i got is this : See below image.. http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/7137/importfastsepwordpress2.png

Any help would be great full , I would like to set up my worddpress as same as your Demo themes .

If we are to understand you correctly, your User Guide does have this page for installing via WordPress or this page for installing via FTP. Is that correct?

Please let us know so we can investigate why this has happened with your download with ThemeForest.

Sorry , And Ok , I have purchase Bazar theme which help me to explain what to do and help me start running my business just in one day with his vdo tutorial. Not to keep on telling me to go and reading document all the time in your support forum thread up untill now.

And i do not understand why you keep telling me ..

So…All ask is which zip files i should install in to my wordpress so that i can start my business !!

As this point, we are unclear as to how we can assist you with installing the theme.

Earlier today, you stated that you could not locate the name of the file to install, from page 5 of the User Guide. This prompted us to (1) provide screenshots of the pages containing installation instructions and (2) highlight the exact portions of the page that were relevant to your question (WordPress Installation) (FTP installation).

As you can tell from the screenshots, the highlighted portions make no reference to the file names you continue to ask us about. This is because the name of the files we submitted to ThemeForest are bolsa.zip (Installable WordPress file) and bolsa042313.zip (Main File(s)). Did you extract either of the archives you downloaded from your account to see if they contain the file names referenced in the User Guide? Up until this point, we assumed you already had done so per the instructions in the User Guide.

Lastly we have respectfully asked you to explain exactly what part of the User Guide you are having trouble understanding. We know that, as diligent as we set out to be, there will be questions regarding this document and we are always more than happy to clarify where needed. This is especially true if there is a language difference. But, again, we have been met with resistance on your part.

At this point, if you feel like our product and/or level of support are unsatisfactory to you, we would wholly support your request for a refund and sincerely apologize for any difficulties you have encountered to this point.

I have a big problem with comments and categories …

if I use your short code to insert featured Items. My post category disappears. And I can no longer see people’s comments, or have people leave post comments. instead it tracks replies … I suppose about the featured product. This is extremely annoying as this makes organizing posts impossible, and engagement with the viewers comes to a halt!

Please assist me.

I will tell you that this is the worst $60 I’ve ever spent. After purchasing a few more themes – this one has 0 value to it! -It doesn’t even work with JetPack -It has lousy shortcodes -very few features -not so flexible -doesn’t have a build-in editor

Pros: -Looks good

I regret that I’ve build my website around this theme. There are far more themes that are far more functional.

I am getting an error on the Checkout and it is showing it is from the file bolsa.js with an undefined object for the method accordian. Until this is fixed my Stripe payment processor will not work.

Hi! Can you provide a .xml sample file of dummy content when I purchase the theme? It really suits my needs but I would really need such a help. Thanks in advance.

Absolutely. There are actually two XML files included with the download; one for WooCommerce and one for Jigoshop. So whichever system you’re going to use, you should be good to!

When you plan to update theme with support latest WooCommerce version? With 2.1.8 version it has Fatal error and missing many css styles.

Where is that happening for you? I just ran through the site with 2.1.8 and everything is working as it should.

Also, if you’d like to receive support I’ll need to you be logged in under the account you purchased the theme with.
