I’m having trouble getting my video to play. I copied and pasted the url from vimeo in the designated field but when I click on the icon on the website nothing plays. What do I do?

Hey!
I’ve a question about the Bookcase theme.
The squars on my homepage ar now +-150 px. Is it possible to give each box a different size width? Or is it impossible through the wordpress grid?

Andre, there is something wrong with the theme!! Im uploading new images to the portfolio and look what happens! Click on the first portfolio item here www.suska.ca the last image goes really small (featured image) and the one i actually entered to show as the 3rd one does not show at all! why is this happening?

Hi Andre, I am using the google fonts from the theme options. Although when the page is initially loaded you first see the normal type, then the page blinks and the type is shown correctly. This blinking page is kind of ugly, is there something I am doing wrong? see: http://www.digitalnomaden.de/wp/impressum/

The CSS has to be the same font.
Hi Andre I just purchased the theme the other day and I am having problems with my videos not playing.. I have added the url to the portfolio but the lightbox doesn’t work. And even more frustrating: I can log in to theme forest but not to the support forum! What do I do?

Hi sissel,
Be sure your username matches your envato username used to purchase the item. In other words, the username and purchase code must match. Can you confirm you’re using your Themeforest username to sign up?
If you’re still having issues, just let me know.

Hi Andre Thanks for your quick reply. I am logged into theme forest and that is the username I am supposed to be using for the support forum as well, right? It keeps saying invalid password even though I know it is the right one.. (and redirecting me to a wordpress login page – then when I try and log in with my wp admin password it denies me as well)..

Have you signed up? You’ll need to sign up for the forum. You’ll need a new password for the support forum. Try signing up using your Themeforest username, creating a password and entering your item’s purchase code to gain access.

With this Plugin you can change the order of the portfolio items without changing the date: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-types-order/.
Works with this theme and wordpress 3.3.2.

Hello, It seems like a lovely theme! I wanted to ask before I purchase it: 1. On roll over on the homepage, Is it possible to display the post title instead of the + sign? 2. is it possible to start a music player on the post preview that opens on the homepage? Even if it takes some work, I’d like to know if it is possible.

Thanks so much for your interest!
1. Yes, however, you’ll need to make some theme modifications in order to get that to work. A few customers have done that, and there’s step-by-step instructions on how to do that in the support forum. Additionally, I can assist you if you get stuck as well. If you’re uneasy changing any of the theme’s files, then I would steer away from this however.
2. It may be possible, however, there’s no “Music Player” with this theme, so you’d need to find one first. Additionally, it’s quite a complex alteration to get the music player to start and stop with the opening and shutting of items on the homepage. You’d need to consult with a developer for an alteration such as that.
Let me know if you have any other questions or need further clarification.
