Hi Andre, Thank you for your last help! Now, i need to have in homepage, in the list of images, the possibility to click on one of these and be able to reach an external link or internal page of the site.
I need this feature, not for all pictures, but only for some of them.
I mean, by default, clicking on the images we can arrive in the photo gallery and that’s great, because it is a feature that I need. But I also need, for some of them, to be able to click and reach directly external or internal pages.

interested in this theme… Can I ask though, on the home page menu, the ‘services’ section seems to list different ‘skills’ (if these are projects?) or categories…
Is there an option to have this display like it does on your AWARE theme, where I can list the cats/skills on the one portfolio page, then select them from there with real time filtering as it does on AWARE?

There’s no real time filtering with this theme like there is in Aware, however, you can create pages that will show portfolio items from only specific skills. Skills work just like categories – here’s an example of a “print” page:

Also, I cant register on the support forum using the AWARE theme… your register form does not recognise my user name from ENVATO which it says is mandatory…

That’s because you’re already signed up (it looks like about 3 months ago). Have you tried logging in? If you forgot your password, you can always reset it from the login page as well.

Hello, i bought this theme and doesn’t work.
It’s all disconfigured when i go to theme options. I can’t even change the color of the background.
It’s the first time i bought a theme and i very unhappy about.

I’m sorry to hear about your frustrations. I’m not sure what you mean by “disconfigured”? Could you clarify this a bit? Have you tried deactivating all plugins momentarily to rule out plugin conflicts?

The Theme Option is all disconfigured, when i switch the Background Texture and press Save all Changes , nothing happen.
When i click on Browse inside Edit Portfolio Item, nothing happen.
I would like to take a print screen and send to you, it´s possible?

Hi Tiago,
It looks like you’re experiencing issues because you haven’t installed the theme correctly. Unzip your Themeforest download FIRST to your computer, then install the download file INSIDE. You should be installing a file called bookcase.zip – it shouldn’t be called anything else. Here’s a video that will walk you through the installation:

Hey Andre, I love the theme, its awesome. Although i had been experiencing some problems regarding the size of the frames in homepage. AND most importantly, embedding the video in the frame. I placed a youtube URL in the portfolio section where it asks for youtube or vimeo video links. But nothing happens. I am very confused as i tried everything i could. Help?

Can I have a lot of images on portfolio? It have navigation or it’s possible infinite scroll?
I need a good solution for a huge portfolio of images/text/video. If it’s possible or easy to do that, I will purchase.

There’s only 6 slides for each portfolio item by default, however, you can add more if you like with some small changes. You can have as many portfolio items as you like. The theme uses pagination instead of infinite scroll to paginate the portfolio items. You’d need to integrate infinite scroll yourself if that’s something you wanted to add.

Hi Andre, I’m very interested in buying your theme but I have one question. Charging images is very long. Sometimes 10 seconds when openig the site or changing portfolio section. Hi Aurélie,
Images just take time to load, especially on slow internet connections. The only solution would be to limit the amount of images you show – otherwise, you’d need to recode the theme to load the project images with lazyload or ajax instead.

to your twitter username in the twitter box. Just remove that character and it should work. Sorry, when I try to access the link you’ve written, I get this message:
“You do not have permission to view this topic.”
Then I tried to get “Purchase Codes” but I don’t see the link “License Certificate”. I went to “Downloads” but I only see: “Bookcase – Wordpress Portfolio Theme Regular License Help with WordPress install Get Notified by email if this item is updated” Nothing appears around the “License Certificate” Do you have any idea why this can happen?

Hi,
I’d like to display the relevant/selected skill as a title on each page but cannot figure out the correct php tag to accomplish this.
For example, please see: http://truecolorspro.com/skills/choosing-colors/ – where I have inserted the text “PLACEHOLDER” I want that to read “CHOOSING COLORS” as that is the skill for that page.
SImilarly http://truecolorspro.com/skills/residential-painting/ should display “RESIDENTIAL PAINTING” at the top of that page, as that is the skill used to filter the portfolio results.
I’m sure it’s quite simple but when it comes to php my knowledge is very limited.
