This is the request that I received after only one of SEVERAL bugs were fixed. This is a fine looking theme but without any real instruction or support. The final straw was having my layer slider become defunct when I tried to update one of the sublayers.

It is my impression that all the designer is interested in is your money and a five star rating.

I am sorry for your bad experience with this theme. But the layer slider has a global update. Older version has stopped working. Our developers are implementing new slider in the themes. Please stay in touch with the support representative they will resolve your issues.

A Client of mine bought this theme and it is a nightmare to work with. LayerSlider is old—v3.x current is v5.x

A lot of extra fonts are loading, font settings not working. ect.

WOW. Haven’t bought a lot of themes and this is one of the worst I have seen in a long time.

My client purchase the theme, I will have to get the purchase code from him. Some tiny bugs that are understandable, truly I understand how complicated it can be. But some of these issues should have be caught with basic testing. I don’t mean to bash you guys, I really don’t have time to beta test for you. I will keep an eye out for the next release and have my client download it. I will update my comments if I see improvement.

I’ve never commented on a theme but I feel like I’d be letting the community down if I didn’t. This theme is absolutely horrific. Nothing works. Documentation is poor. I mean, how are you supposed to use the shortcodes? They sure as heck don’t work in the editor. I will never purchase a crunchpress product again. Worst experience I’ve ever had a with a theme and I’m still not done modifying this crap. I can’t believe themeforest would still have this theme up.

I would like to purchase this them but need clarification on the following:

Basically, I wish to use it for a newspaper subscription project in which the publishers will be able to upload their digital version (PDF) daily which will be converted to flipbook for paid subscribers (read-only). The subscription will be for category, not individual item.

1. Can it work that way on the theme? 2. Can the flip book be generated automatically from the digital PDF? 3. Can I protect the flipbook from being saved or downloaded by the reader? So that it can only be read online based on subscription 4. Can thumbnails be generated on the fly for the first page of each PDF upload?

Wow. I was about to buy this theme, and then I came here to read the comments to make sure support was available and timely. Every theme has problems, but this one looks to have more than most and the typical response from the developer is boilerplate. I’ll keep looking.
