If i upload images, they dont show up in the galleries. There are no thumbnails also. But i can see them in my Dashboard.

Hello I copy a question regarding same issue. I have purchased bordeaux theme and using it for my bussiness. “In your theme example on the menu bar, when you select menu card it shows “menu card 2” and lets you go to a different part of the menu instantly, instead of having to page through the whole menu. How do I get that to work for my menu? I can’t get it to goto to another part of the menu.” I want to have a second “menu card” template for another type of food.

It has a parameter #page-2 in URL which specifies the page to display. Simply make it as a custom field in menu configuration.

A couple of questions, when I view my site on the iPad the white background behind the text does not appear. Everything else displays as it should. One other is the icons in the footer on the iPad appear to display broken as well. Any insight into this? I don’t mind if its nit responsive just want to show the site as purchased. Thanks!

The items must be in sub categories like:
Category -> Subcategory -> Item.
Never mind I totally forgot about adding a sub category, my other question is the following. I want to customize the part of the header where it’s wooden tile with a different color tone, I have found the file main-header-wrapper-bg and edited the hue, now after I upload it, which file do I need to go to edit these changes? any php file or the css?

1. You can do that. It can be done by replacing the background images or modifying main-stylesheet.css file. The second option will require some CSS knowledge.
2. Yes, you can freely customize as you want it.
3. You can freely add it in any widgetized area.
4. Yes, it is compatible with SEO plugins.
5. You can add unlimited count of sidebars and assign them to specific pages.

Hate to comment again, thanks for your previous help. I managed to work everything out. Another question that I had was the following: on the bordeaux menu categories where you enter the fields to add a category you have the choice to enter a description, it says in the bottom “The description is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it.”
I would like to know if its possible to show that description on the menu card for each category. I tried going into the bordeaux menu php file, but could not find anything related to it.

Dear Orange-Themes, Is there perhaps a way to activate the “description” of an image, being used in the parallax slider? I’ve tried placing $description = get_post(get_post_thumbnail_id())->post_content; within what I think is the loop within parallax-slider.php. And then placing title=”<?php echo $description;?>” in the area where the images are called. If searched the WP forums, and all seem to relate only to post thumbnails, which do not seem to work in this situation.
It would be great to achieve this for SEO purposes.

Bought it; but the biggest for me right now is dont want links on the menu and the image box if i dont have a image for it , this will be awesome if is possible

The reservations table is created automatically. Simply install wordpress and activate our theme.
I think you have misunderstood.
I am not setting up a new website. I have been running this theme for about a year.
Due to my current hosting migrating I had to make backup of the website and the SQL databases.
Now I am uploading to my new hosting I need to know how to link up the reservations SQL to my theme (because obviously from migrating It has new db name)

No, there is no “Menu Card Sidebar Single”. There is only “default sidebar”
After I generate a sidebar(from settings), I can see it in Appearance->widgets, but I can’t insert it in menu card posts. There is no option in these posts(as there is in other posts or pages), and there is no “Menu card Sidebar Single” in widgets. Please help..

I have re-installed the theme as you suggested. But the problem is still here. There is no option for adding sidebars into menu card posts and no menu card sidebar appears in widgets. Please tell me how to fix that, even by customizing the php.
It seems that the same settings have been restored.
Try reinstalling wordpress in a clean database.
So I reinstalled wordpress in another db. But the problem still remains. I am waiting to tell me the solution…

Unfortunately, today no sidebar widgets appears in menu card posts in the frontend. There is the option to choose sidebar in backend, and after I put widgets in sidebars, nothing appears in frontend. Could you chech it again please?
