Are there any plans to make this theme responsive, approx 45% of my traffic is mobile, and from industry trends it sounds like this is only going to increase.

If not, is there another theme similar to this theme

Thanks,

Just to add, I would be happy to pay to upgrade this theme to a responsive version – I notice you have had over 2,240 sales of this theme so its quite a high seller and I imagine there are many others like me who would appreciate it being responsive – not to mention you’d probably get even more sales if it was! Thanks again.

Hi, unfortunately making the theme responsive would cause current sites to break compatibility with the new version, requiring users to rebuild their site (some features would be dropped and replaced by other like the slider for example). My advice in this case is to try and find a plugin that can display your site differently on mobile.

Are there any other themes I can purchase that are similar to this Breeze theme, but are responsive?

Hi, I bought your theme recently and I don’t know why but lightbox doesn’t work. Can you help me please ? Here an exemple of page with an image link : http://wubby.fr/site/produit/chausson-2/

Thank you in advance ! Regards, Thibault

Hi, there seems to be a javascript error on your site that could potentially cause issues with the lightbox. Try to disable all plugins and give it a try.

Thank you for your quick answer ! I resolved the issue but I have an other problem.

I have a js or jquery issue with WooCommerce due to the theme (with an other theme I don’t have this issue). When I have a product variation, the add to basket button doesn’t appear. You will find an exemple here : http://wubby.fr/site/produit/chausson-2/

Any idea how to solve the problem ? Thank you very much ! Regards, Thibault

Hi, unfortunately the theme isn’t fully compatible with WooCommerce I’m afraid. The issue might be caused by an older version of jQuery being loaded so my recommendation is to edit the theme file /library/scripts.php and replace the following line:

wp_register_script( 'jquery', ("http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.4/jquery.min.js"), false, '');

With:

wp_register_script( 'jquery', ("http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.3/jquery.min.js"), false, '');

Keep in mind that this can potentially break other theme functionality.

Hi

I have published a clients gallery here: http://www.studioportraitsyork.co.uk/?portfolio=zoe-james which is password protected. When I input the password I get the following message and am unable to view the page:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1057595 bytes) in /home/fhlinux138/s/studioportraitsyork.co.uk/user/htdocs/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1033

Can you please help me rectify the issue?

Thanks A

Hi, my advice is to contact your hosting company about this issue. Your site may be on a shared hosting environment with limited memory available for PHP and the hosting might need to raise the limit.

Thank you, I have managed to sort the storage. I do however have one more issue. On the following two pages the images are now incorrectly aligned just in chrome:

Do you know how I can fix this?

Thanks

Hi, the reset.css file has a change that isn’t part of the original theme CSS.

Edit the reset.css file and replace the following line:

a img { border: none; padding-left: 300px; margin-top: -50px; }

With:

a img { border: none; }

Dear Uni, thank you for previous help. Another small problem has occured.

There is a code that I can find in source code in Firefox. It is a code for div toggle container.

<div class="toggle-content rounded-bottom" style="display: block; width: 0px;">
...
</div>

What the hell adds the inline style to my template coding? What I put into the code is just pure class without any inline styles:

<div class="toggle-content rounded-bottom">
...
</div>

The question is Where can I disable this automatic adding of inline styles? The style for zero width causes demolition of this div content. I need to remove it.

Here is the screenshot what causes the zero width and another one where the original code is displayed.

Please help, thank you!

Hi, sorry for the delay, somehow I missed your question.

I’m not aware of any code that could add this inline styling, there isn’t any code on the shortcode that potentially cause this. Could you email me admin access to your WP installation and let me know in what page this is happening? Also, try disabling plugins to see if any is causing this.

Dear Uni, thank you for your attention.

Unfortunately I can’t give you login to client’s admin.

The HTML code above is hardcoded into phpexec shortcodes and these are put into page content editor. After that toggles are put into tabs. Strange is that the toggles in first tab is fine, only the others hav this bad behavior. Tried to find out what adds inline styles and I think it is jquery.js itself.

Nah, there is a solution I made. I added the property “width: 100 % !important” to toggle-content id and now it is fine. The inline style is overriden by this !important rule. Not clean solution but working.

Anyway thanks for advice.

Hi! I was wondering if there is a way to increase the size of the featured image of a blog post on the home page. Thanks for you help Maria

unisphere

Hi, I’m afraid not since the blog post image on the home page is tied to the image in the blog itself in terms of size, so changing one will change the other.

Hi uniphere,

When I add some HTML to the Breeze footer settings in the field ‘Copyright Information’, the content breaks up and is partially gone when I open the Footer settings the next time.

I don’t know what happens but it’s a bit frustrating that I have to reenter the content every time.

Hope you can fix this issue.

Cheers, Marc

unisphere

Hi Marc, since you are adding HTML, try using single quotes ' instead of double quotes " for HTML attributes, this should work. Here’s an example of the footer copyright notice you see in the theme demo site (note the single quotes on the attributes): http://pastebin.com/zKszWzSD

Hi unisphere,

Will there be any major updates of the Breeze theme in the future? For example the implementation of Visual Composer or better responsiveness.

Hope to hear from you, Henry

better responsiveness > I mean for example a responsive menu

unisphere

Hi, sorry for the very late response, I’ve moved to a new house and it’s been crazy the last couple weeks.

There are no current plans to add responsiveness to the Breeze theme I’m afraid.

Best regards

I am trying to get Woo Commerce working on a site using the Breeze theme. It’s going well except that the Featured Image option is not showing up in the Screen Options for Product pages. This means that I cannot set a Product Image for each product. I have been working with support at WooThemes to try and resolve it and it appears to be a theme related problem since switching the theme to TwentyFourteen as a test resolved it.

Secondarily, the Product pages and Shop page are also having styling challenges.

Here are some examples so you can see what’s happening: A product page where the product image is not showing and the sidebar has wrapped to the bottom of the page – http://holistichealingarts.net/product/book-foundations-of-structural-integration/

The Shop page, missing product images and descriptions. Sidebar issues also. – http://holistichealingarts.net/shop/

This issue is addressed by WooThemes at this page: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/

I’ve tried their suggestions for resolving with no success. I’m hoping you can help me resolve this so we can continue using this theme since my client really likes it.

Thanks.
