Good Morning,

I have noticed that the Pagebuilder plugin that comes with the theme is interfering with the visual editor. Aqua Page Builder and PremiumCoding Shortcodes is the plugin. Please let me know if there is an update to this plugin that I can download so that it no longer interferes.

we did update the Theme and the plugin yes. Did you redownload the latest version from Themeforest and reinstalled the plugin and the Theme?

I have had a lot of problems with this theme. It should be responsive, but it does NOT work on my mobile devices. The lightbox does not work, and several other features. I have had this theme for a month now, and still Gljvic and his support team has NOT been able to solve the problems. The main part of my costumers areusing mobile devices, and I have had a lot of complaints. At a point premium coding even blocked me, because I had several complaints. Well it still doesn’t work, and I have asked to get my money back – but no one answers me! If you want a responsive theme that works, then do NOT go for The Buler – and if you want fast and great support – don NOT expect this from Premium Coding as well.

you can see how responsive mode works on live demo. It works exactly like that. As for the refund, we as authors can not issue refunds. You need to contact Envato and state the reason for refund.

Hello, I purchased the Buler theme and I am getting an error message on the Home Page.

Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias buler-fullwidth not found.

Hi,

you need to check whether the two sliders are actually imported, because it seems they are not. Plugin is installed but that doesn’t mean the two sliders are imported. You can also send wp logins through the support tab on item’s description and I will take a look.

Ok, I went to your support page and download the DEMO settings for the Revolution Slider – I went to the Revolution Slider WP area and imported BOTH slider TXT files (Rev and Bullsy) from the Rev slider demo folder.

The error message is now gone and it looks like the rev slider is working.

Looks like the Aqua Page Builder breaks the Standard Visual Editor of Wordpress and any other WYSIWYG TinyMCE Plugin. Is there a fix for that?

I am sorry, I removed it a while ago from theme’s right panel in description but apparently forgot to delete it from the list in the description. Theme used to be 100% compatible with it until some recent changes to wpml plugin and it hasn’t been updated yet.

Hi, I installed everyhting and DEMO files – all is well except that my menu is “doubled” for some reason – I have two of each menu item – 2 homes, 2 shops, 2 news, etc… also the footer menu is the same also with “double” footer menu items.

How to fix this problem?

Hey does anyone know how to disable the scroll/zoom on the google maps widget on the contact page? People are getting frustrated when they scroll their mouse down to see my contact form and end up trapped in the google map zooming in and out.

One more question for you, thanks. The Promo code feild is not being displayed on the cart page. It’s enabled in the Woo options. Running Woo 2.1.12 – WP 3.9.x I don’t see it on your demo either. Can you please check that out?

1. you can add them yes, but styling will not be the same as the one from the Theme, so you would have to do some styling (if you are not happy with default look of the plugins).

So, I’m trying to download the demo content, and it seems that I need to use my Item Purchase Code so I can register in the support portal so I can see Admin Posts so I can get the url to the demo content, that seems to be here http://themesupport.premiumcoding.com/forums/topic/demo-content-9/... But here’s a tip: you REALLY should put the link on installation instructions, because it’s not quite clear what you mean with “Support Portal” (we know what it means, but once we get in the Support Portal, it demands some (a lot of) time to find where we’re supposed to download the demo content – specially considering that you moved the content now).

no responsive the should have horizontal scrolls, it’s a great theme but it has bugs (stuff like input going over its container) and it’s hard to edit…. dont see why you had to put theme builder ad on the full-width template page?

this is just an example of a quote, this is not even our own builder, just the Theme uses it. And in quotation we just want to show to customers which builder is used. You can easily change that text to whatever you want.

i dont want to be rude for rudeness sake but constructive, cause it’s a good theme and it’s a shame to lose some points with customers because details do matter. i gave you an example of input going over its container cause you havent changed the box-sizing model (css) and responsive breaking at ~1180px width… i hope i dont sound like an a-hole.
