Presales comment: I am interested in your theme, however as a buyer I always check what the support is like before I buy. It is very useful to have a list of the common questions and answers listed in these comments, it would save you from answering the same questions over and over again, and it gives me confidence in your support and your product.

What is putting me off from buying this theme, is that all I find when searching through these comments is the following unfriendly and unhelpful statement: “for support please use our support portal” When I checked out the link, and tried to search for support in your support forum, all I see is “Nothing to see here yet”.

I have to build and complete this new website in a couple of days, I wont have time to wait for who knows how long to see if you are willing to support customers of your own theme. I need a useful list of questions and answers that I can search through to quickly find the answers I need.

The reason im telling you this is that you may not realise that the approach you have adopted puts people off from buying from you. I for one do not have the confidence that if I have a problem im going to be able to quickly find the answer on how to fix it. I hope that this feedback is useful to you.

we offer support via ticket system, so yes we don’t offer support over comments. Sorry if this is the reason why not buy the theme, but comment sections can’t be used for support.

Sorry, I know comments isn’t right place for support, but for whatever reason, the support link will not send me a password reset link.

Just wanted to pass along that if you remove all social options links from the footer, it messes with your copyright portion of the footer, adding a closing div and an (empty) link.

Sorry, I never opened a ticket because I thought I asked before, so I was attempting to log in first to check. Never got the password reset emails either, fyi. Nothing in spam folder.

GoDaddy Hosting and Buler Theme: WooCommerce Fatal Error problem solved.

This is the error message:

Fatal error: GeoIP API: Error traversing database – perhaps it is corrupt? in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data03/66/2908566/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geo-ip.php on line 1535

Here is the solution – go to:

Basically you need to delete 2 file via FTP. See file location below.

wp-content/uploads/GeoIP.dat wp-content/uploads/GeoIPv6.dat

Hi.. Thinking about buying the theme. But have read that there is a conflict problem when creating a child theme. Is that solved or still the case? How is the structure of css? Is it posible to change in css in a child theme? Thanks a lot…

Why is the theme ignoring color adjustments I make?

I tried using the “Styling Options” to change the default color, did not work.

I tried putting my custom CSS into the “Custom Styles” box, did not work.

I tried putting my custom CSS into my child theme’s CSS file, did not work.

this line of css would do the trick:

.pagesidebar h1 {display:none;}

You can add it to custom style css box in theme’s options and save the settings twice.
