Hi, I wrote you earlier regarding home page settings. I did manage it myself later as you saw yourself, however, home page gets disorganized again if I choose another category to be shown on the home page.
Another issue is my category pages are not in blog style one even though I chose blog 1 when I created a new page.
I would appreciate your help very much if you could get me back asap because my home page is currently messed up.

hi, i bought this theme today and im already a little bit disappointed. in first because configuration of everything is strangely placed and its hard to find anything.
and slider on main page doesnt work :/ what can i do to in this slider were displayed the most recent posts? bcuz i really cnt find this option anywhere

i didnt change type of posts and i dnt want to do it because i see my wordpress posts in categories and when i click on them its also ok
BUT on my home page and sidebare widgets i cant see any of my posts. how can i make them visible in that places? guess i must change some code in files, can u tell me where and give me a code to replace?

I see BLOG and NEWS … to post in NEWS we use POSTS -> Add New Post ? or there is a special module. I mean blog and news are the same, just CATEGORIES are different ?
To add news is the same as to add blog posts, not in “Posts -> Add New” but in “News Manager -> Add New”. The process is the same. Blog posts has own categories, News has own categories.
The shortcodes exist for both, for blog posts and for news.
If we have a site based on NEWS how to revert back to normal blog posts when we change theme, so all news and thumbs to work on the new theme ?

And mysq thing I read here ? This do changes different than other themes and blogs, isn’t it ?
I understood that theme creates another myqsl table and to use the news in other theme will work ?

What you wrote in your comment was a custom case. Theme do not create any tables. It use default WP tables only.
At this moment theme includes shortcodes for blog posts and the same shortcodes that we are using on home page for example, for “News” custom post type.

I sent an email a few days back but have yet to hear back, so I’m submitting my question here.
I’m trying to use the following shortcode on my homepage to show existing posts instead of news items:
[recent_posts2 count=’30’ catid=’7’ orderby=’date’ order=’DESC’ onecolumn=’two’]
It shows my posts, but not the latest ones, and only 10 of them instead of 30.
There is a lack of complete definition of that option in the documentation, is there something I am missing here to get my Posts showing with this shortcode in date descending order?

Hi, I just want to resize the galery slider. I can’t find fle-active-slider in any php document. I’ve tried to give other values in function.php in the “set theme post thumbnails” but, as I expected, it doesn’t change anything. Please tell me where I can find settings for flex-active-slider.

When I add a post (image or not) to the news manager, the layout of the whole homepage gets discombobulated. I would like to have the widget of my followers, etc just like in the live mode template but with my content. The side widget moves to the bottom of the page, like there is not enough width or something. I need help fast, we were supposed to be live today. It was working fine, then this happened at a very bad time. We are not computer kids.
