Business - Responsive Newsletter with Template Builder

I bought this template with Template Builder. I can’t see the installer for Template Builder. I would like to use it in my webspace.

I tried 2 times to reset my password in your support page, but I didn’t receive the e-mails to do it.

I purchased my template builder and it is now not working even using your site. it is freezing my computer each time in firefox and chrome.

Is there any support out there? The support links you provide at the beginning of the comments bring just to your home page and there is no any links for a “support page”.

Anyway, i bought the template and it was seems working very good and i thought it’s amazing but…. when i decided that would be useful to me change once all the “header” and “footer” of the template so i wouldn’t have to change it anytime i’m preparing a new newsletter i thought that was very easy:

find the header and footer code in all the “html” page in every version of the template and replace it with mine. And that’s what i did.

But apparently now, if i’m using the template builder on my webspace, when i generate the layout, it cames out without footer and header so i guess that i did something wrong but i actually can’t see what…

Is there a way to do what i’m trying to do? It was seeming to obvious to me that what i did was right…

Please reply ASAP as i have to send 8 newsletter on monday
