Hello again! If I have 15 top level product categories, can they be positioned vertically instead of the default horizontal menu as it is implemented in all your examples. Is it something that can be toggled in the admin? Many thanks for you courtesy and continued patience.

This is great, thank you, but I still would like to preserve the horizontal menu for CUSTOM BLOCK, DOWNLOAD NOW, etc in addition to vertical SHOP BY CATEGORIES… is it possible?

And also, is it possible to have ADD to CART button disabled on some products replaced with a custom text like “Available for purchase in store only” with the price still displayed?

VERY DISAPPOINTED and VERY UNHAPPY FROM YOUR SUPPORT. The answers of those questions which should be just Yes or No, I get reply after 6 days. No doubt that your theme is nice and attractive, but what is the point when we don’t get support. I was planing to sell loads of your theme very soon to my clients, but that will really led me down when it comes to a single question and the answer is after 6 days. We pay the same amount of money for other themes and we get a great support.

If your team is not answering my questions in the forum then I will start asking question here as I have seen you are much active in themeforest.net comments section.

hi. within this theme, can we easily change the front view with just one click? i mean now i am using the ST. Patrick setting, if i wanna change to pick another one, can i do that by clicking just one button?

I have opened a ticket but fear I will have to wait until after the weekend to get my issue sorted out.

I tested the theme on another site but now I have moved it to my live site the subcategories are always visible instead of only being visible when you hover the mouse over them. This now covers part of my slider and looks very bad so needs to be fixed but I don’t know how to do this.

I don’t understand what has changed as it was OK on my test site.

I really hope for a response soon

Hi, my ticket number is an old one as I just added my latest issue to it rather than open a new one. The id id Ticket #41091

Just a quick update about this issue as I think it comes from the latest update as I have just now put it onto my test site and am getting the same problem but changing it back to an older version eliminates it and it works correctly. I hope that I receive a response quickly on Monday so that I can take my site off maintenance which is what I have done until this is sorted out. Only logged in admin can see the site so I have provided this information in my ticket #41091.

Yes. You can remove border in product listing by disabling “Product border shadow (listing)” feature in admin panel.

You can see it in “Clean” demo.

To change corners you should edit source files.

Also, is there a way to adjust the height of each thumbnail, instead of using square. For example, if we’re selling wine bottles, fitting the bottle image in a square box would show too much empty area on the left and right of the image and the whole image would be too small. Thank you.

On the new iPad, on the product detail page, once I click on the main image to view the enlarged details, the box that contains the enlarged image would not go away when I click outside of it. In fact, I couldn’t find a way to make that box go away. It covers the product information and the Add to Cart button… Am I doing something wrong? This is a very nice theme and it has the exact layout that I need, but I’m concerned about those small things that would ruin usability of the whole interface. Please advice. Thank you.

Emulator only shows you how the theme layout on the device, not how it functions… On the iPad, you cannot scroll your finger around the picture and see the zoomed/enlarged image – you can only tap on the image and see the enlarge portion of that image, then tap on another area of the image to see another area, etc.. The pop-up enlarge image just doesn’t go away because there is no mouse-out action.

Did you use latest theme package? It’s located in upload/Configsets/vsecret.xml. To apply it’s settings go to Admin panel -> eTheme – BuyShop -> Theme maintenance -> Load preset configuration.

Looks like Twitter shut down their 1.0 API on 11th June 2013 (2 days ago).

It seems all you have to do is edit this file: \app\code\community\Belvg\FacebookFree\Oauth\twitter\twitteroauth.php

Just change line 21 to: public $host = "https://api.twitter.com/1.1/";

I have the newest one with Mega Menu installed. But I disabled the Mega Menu and choosed the Simple one. But when visitor now hoover over a categorie url the sub categories are showing.. I dont want that.. It needs to be like before..
