I noticed that your most recent update concern ‘theme adapted to 12 languages’, But after installing theme, then it is VERY limited words that are auto-translated! For example words such as follows;

LOGIN OR CREATE AN ACCOUNT (when viewing in German ‘mode’ then it is in English.

NEW CUSTOMERS

By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. (when viewing in German ‘mode’ then it is in English.

etc. etc. The goes again in all languages

Is this correct or?

Very useful interesting question. It requires detailed explanation.

We have created csv file with the translations. We have taken translations from the official website http://www.magentocommerce.com/translations. You can check its completeness here. We don’t want to update basic core magento files, so we can’t update them. We have completely translated only files form our buyshop theme. All other translations are from the official magento website. You should make custom updates if you want by yourself according to your needs and requirements. I hope you understood our idea.

You were already replied. Your magento is broken. Buyshop template is not involved with it. You have broken server settings. You need request your host provider to restore last working version. If you had many work with this magento you need restore one by one default magento files, but excluding \app\etc\local.xml – there are server settings.

Lately I have found one problem and I am not sure if it is a problem of your template.

The problem is that when I try to sent message via contact form it does not work. I mean it does not send any message to mail inserted in configuration of magento.

I am very interested in buying this theme : BUYSHOP, it’s one of the best in themeforest, i have only one question : last week i was checking the basic template and i remember having in the menu bar Others, next to Men, in which i founded the ’’electronics’’ category that displays five items in its original default page and under the menu i have sort by, view as and show , it is not visible now and not present in the template anymore and when i roll over on Men or Women i have gifts exclusive and offers that are not functional, is it a bug? or it’s new design of the site ? Megamenu is our new feature. This is more easy, functional menu comparing with the old one. Now you have choice between old simple one and new mega menu. There are no bug in our mega menu – pictograms of gifts, offers are custom html blocks. you can insert there any content that you want. can i use the template on a develop environment and on live environment at the same time? both are on the same server but have different web address (develop is a sub domain of the live website)

Hello. I also opened a ticket in your system.

I followed the directions and uploaded all of the files in the upload folder into Magento. The tab for BuyShop did appear. However, when I followed the instructions to install, it does not give me any options to install. It only tells me “Theme Maintenance. Add description later.”

And when I try to access any of the other tabs I get this error message: Fatal error: Class ‘Kanavan_Searchautocomplete_Helper_Data’ not found in /home/bizygirl/public_html/shop/app/Mage.php on line 546 I’ve reinstalled, refreshed the cache and index management. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t want to lose what’s already in the catalog database.

Can someone help? I’m in a time crunch to get this site up and running as quickly as possible. Thank you

Support is not very fast. I open a ticket 18 hours ago and still no answer. When i placed a question here in comment i got a answer within the hour.

Also be careful with the support ticket system. Many questions there are public. One customer has put his login and password information there for access to his website and server which is now visible for everyone!!!!

There are some strange things with this template. I have magento 1.7.1 running on a test environment. First this template is very heavy and therefore very slow. Also the option for showing attributes in the popup window (mouse over) is not working. I have looked at several websites which use this template but nowhere this option is active. I bought this template specially for this option.

Sory for the delay and inconvinience. Al requests from the customers are in general queue. I’m assuming you will b replied soon. We usually get back to you within 24 hours (except holiday seasons which might take longer). Let me know the number of the ticket. I will check its status.

Template will be heavy if you will launch its all features. There are a lot of them and if they are all active – it would be better to have VPS webhosting. For example if you will take a look on iStyle layout – http://buyshop.ethemeuk.com/magento/themeview/?id=istyle&redirect=0 – it is quit fast comparing with the basic layout. So, speed of the store depends on: 1) you webhosting (shared isn’t the best one) and number of features that now are active in the backend.

Btw, referring the issue with the ticket system. Users who submitting new ticket decide by themselves wether to make ticket public or private. In any case users can change the status of the ticket any time (to make it private). And the last comment – all users credentials are always private (no matter private it or public). When you tweet a product it sends a URL like this and when you click on it in Twitter it doesn’t show right – am I missing something?

Every product has Facebook like as 3 even though they have never been clicked on. Have a look at any product and you will see Facebook like has 3 for all of them

Is this a bug with FB like per product?

How do you mean register there ? I had a ticket which i just closed about a couple of days ago. But each time i try opening a new Ticket, it brings up this message -> ” There was a problem uploading your file. Please try again.” even if i try sending through the closed Ticket. There is no provision here to attach screenshots or how do i send it ? Awaiting your reply.

It appears that there is a functional Search problem with this theme, i.e. if I attempt to search for a “Petites Mink Twill Jacket” in your demo it returns 13 results and only one is relevant to the search phrase. Is this a bug?

We are using default magento search module. It makes search not only by the exact name – it using certain words and products descriptions.
